Overall, I'm very happy with this grill. It gets the job done, which is most important at the end of the day. Complaints: When it arrived, there were minor dents or indentations in the lid, and another part that isn't even visible. When trying to install one of the sides, the hole was partially stripped, so I had to put washers in place to act as a spacer so I could tighten the screw. The burner plate control knob bezel on the right was a bit tilted to one side, so I had to drill through the metal sheet to make a hole that was necessary to screw the control knob ignition module into place. The instructions on the front of the grill itself are written in broken English. Finally, the control knobs are supposed to turn orange when turned on, and blue when turned off. This doesn't always work properly, and sometimes you have to press them in a few times to get them to respond with the right color. It's prone to flare-ups, so make sure you have a tray and heat gloves on standby in case one happens. I learned that the hard way, but this is the first time I've owned a propane grill, so it might be a common thing with them. I feel like this could be hotter too when you turn it to max heat, but again I'm not too familiar with propane grills. The price was about $249, but this was much larger than the pre-made ones at stores for the same price range, and had a side burner and side shelf in addition to those. So price-wise, this was a great deal. The good. It was fairly easy to assemble, just as long as you keep track of where the wires are at while you are assembling it. Otherwise when you put the heavy top half on, you might be searching for the wires, and have to redo that part of the assembly. It took several hours to put together, so I stretched it out over two days, but the instructions weren't complicated. Some basic tools like a drill were required though, due to the issues during the manufacturing process, and some extra washers due to the stripped pre-made hole in the metal. The grill itself works great, and looks easy to clean. Gets a good heat, or you can cook it on a very low temperature for a long time. The side burner is a great addition for cooking vegetables to go with your meat, or if you need to fry something and don't want grease getting all over your kitchen.

First off, I must say that if I could give this grill 10 stars, I would! The grill came packaged in a cardboard box that was very heavy duty cardboard, double thick. Upon opening the box, I could see that all items were packed tightly, arranged, and had styrofoam pieces around them, so that the parts could not move at all. Other parts were wrapped in plastic and wire, tied together, so that there was no movement at all between parts. As I began unpacking the parts, I took pictures because I assumed. that, like a lot of things that come from China it’s either gonna be dented, scratched, or something that would make it have to be returned. Boy was I wrong! There was not one scratch, dent or anything missing that we would have made me want to return it. The engineering on this grill was top notch! All the holes lined up. there were threaded inserts in key locations which made assembly absolutely great! It took me a little over three hours to build this, But when I was done, I had a grill that it looked like a $500 grill. The stainless steel looks great. The manufacturer did not cheap out. on where they used stainless steel. The entire fire box, which came as an assembly, the two side trays, one with side burner, and the two front doors are stainless and look great! I would recommend just take your time putting it together. Don’t rush things and you’ll have a super nice grill when you’re done. The only thing I would recommend to the manufacture is to make the instructions a little bigger. If you’re on the fence, trying to decide whether or not to buy this grill, I say, do it you won’t be disappointed!

Package was nice and tight. No part was dented or have major scratches. Once assembled Everything works. I got lucky - I thought my LED didn't work. Turns out there's an LED switch on the right side. - There is a part that wasn't mentioned in the instruction but only shown in the illustration (caps insert for the door panels. By the time I found out, it was already too late. The Philip head screw already stripped off. 1 month review: I love it! It's high power than average. I use it almost every night cooking because I hate using electric stove.

Nice grill and was well packaged to avoid damage. Note does not come with a cover so you’ll need to buy it separately. The assembly instructions are not very clear and the print is small so you’ll definitely need some readers if you don’t have good vision. Also, make sure you assemble it in a well lighted area because most of the parts are black and visibility was an issue for some parts.

The grill itself is nice and a bit larger than I expected. I gave a 4 star because the assembly was very time consuming and took well over 3 hours. The directions have a lot to be desired. If I did not know about gas grills, I would have been totally lost. The hardest part was the side burner gas connection and the igniter for it. The directs should have been enlarged for this tedious job. After assembly, the gas grill did work and all 4 burners lit with no issue. However, the side burner would not ignite as it should. We lit it with a lighter and it did work. So more work needed on that burner. We were very disappointed in the grill grates. Although they are porcelain coated, they are NOT heavy duty.
