I own several air purifiers and this is the best. I’ve had it for 2 years and it still works flawlessly. It usually runs quietly at low speed but when it senses smoke it swings into high gear automatically and runs full blast until it senses that the smoke is gone. Also, it is very reasonably priced.

I purchased this air purifier 3 years ago, I run it everyday all day and I've never had an issue. The common complaint seems to be the red flashing filter light that doesn't turn off. If you hold down the timer button for 3-5 seconds the filter light will reset and turn off. As for the unit itself, I feel it does a great job cleaning the air and removing odors.
