Skar Audio introduces the SDR-2X10D4 Dual 10-inch loaded Vented subwoofer enclosure to cater to the audiophile who wants a competition grade system in their Vehicle without all of the headache involved with designing it from the ground up. This loaded enclosure features two of our extremely popular SDR-10 D4 1, 200 Watt Max power subwoofers which combined come in at 2, 400 watts Max power for the pair. The woofers come pre-loaded and wired up inside of this custom dual 10" Ported enclosure, which features a unique kerf middle port and split chamber woofer design, allowing for extreme levels of bass output. Furthermore, the enclosure is finished in premium grade black carpet for a sleek appearance and features the Skar Audio logo in white on the top surface of the box. this enclosure was engineered by Skar Audio specifically for the woofers that are loaded in it, ensuring perfect sound and compatibility. Every subwoofer is different, and it is so critical when buying woofers to ensure that the woofers and enclosure are an ideal match, or you will lose sound quality and output. With over 30+ years loving Car Audio, back in the Day I would of said to steer clear of Pre-fab Subwoofer boxes.... To get real Loud Quality BASS you always needed to build or have a custom box built for whatever Subs you had... That is NO LONGER the case now. These companies and the Technology with modern subwoofers and Bass Reflex Enclosures are Incredible! This is my 4th (yes 4th) and final Sub Box (A keeper) ALSO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SPEND ALOT OF MONEY OR HAVE MULTILPLE SUBWOOFERS AND 1000'S OF WATTS TO GET LOUD BONESHAKING BASS!!! I've personally owned the following LOADED Prefabs: Kicker Comp 12s "Kicker Ported Box, JL Audio Slot ported "with w3 12s not the W0s, Fosgate P2 12s Fosgate Ported Box..... All of these were dual 12's in the same Chysler SRT (Sedan) facing rear with the Same Amplifier (SKAR RP1200----1900 Watts RMS @ 1ohm) and this SKAR dual 10 SDR box absolutley wins over all of these!!! It's crazy to think a pair of 10's have more Output than a pair of 12's...... But again this was all done in the same car, same amp etc. I wish I would have just pulled the trigger on the SKAR first. My only dilemna now is I have to address the front stage as the BASS is overwhelming the mids and highs!.... Im still only at half gain on the Amp. TIP for SEDAN Owners: One thing having a sedan is the wheel wells protrude up making the width of a Box an issue.. Im right 33 inches wide and the SKAR is 34.. The Solution was 2 Yoga (Hard Foam see pics) blocks which raise the box 3 inches and allow me to clear the protruding wheel wells now allowing me to push the box all the way to the back of the Rear Seat.. and as a bonus the blocks act as isololation reducing vibration energy from the enclosure and the Vehicle. These Blocks work Great and are cheap ... show more

Very happy with this purchase. Would definitely buy again. Now just need to cop the amp for it and we're home free šŸ˜‰. Got them wired up for a 2 ohm load at the moment since my amp can't run at 1ohm. But still sound great. Very clear and loud

Just installed them in my car and they sound amazing. I have a cheaper older amplifier powering them and they still sound fantastic. Amazing box design and compact enough t to fit in my trunk perfectly. Highly recommend it. And great value too with how sturdy the box is and quality of sound

I used to do DB drags back in the early 2000's, and you can't even compare a ready to run setup like this. I picked up the single SDR 10 package with the 800.1 for my 2014 focus, but wanted more even though it sounded great so I picked up the two loaded SDR 10's, the box for the two tens fits perfectly in my trunk and im still running off the skar 800.1. It pounds and I still can't use all the amp so not sure why you would need a bigger one but anyways, don't hesitate. They can and will run low on product during the holidays so get them while there stocked up. ... show more

Had them on 800w amp for 3 years, not sure what happened but it seems that the right one is on the verge of being blown. They were a great sounding pair while they lasted.

Was originally going for 8ā€s but the box didn't meet what I needed, and then saw the 10ā€s and was sold not only on the box fitting how I wanted but how they sounded. Im using a AudioControl LC1.800 @ 2ohms and sounds like a charm. I probably could go more, but then Iā€™d have to REALLY Dynamat my carā€¦lol!!! ā€¦ but Im really happy. And my local audio place took very good care of me hooking everything up, and to my specsā€¦ DEFINITELY recommend to someone looking for BASS without breaking the bank, and just wanting to ā€œjamā€ here and thereā€¦ also suggest with a 800w+ amp (obviously)ā€¦ but my 800 sounds really goodā€¦ though my ā€œgain knobā€ is normally all the way up, with ā€œ3/4 gain on the ampā€ to be truthfulā€¦ so it might need moreā€¦ all electronic decisions were made though myself and not anyone else. I do recommend you seek out advice (if not knowledgable) to make sure its what you want, can afford, and to meet your ā€œneeds.ā€ ... show more
