Skar Audio introduces the SDR-2X10D4 Dual 10-inch loaded Vented subwoofer enclosure to cater to the audiophile who wants a competition grade system in their Vehicle without all of the headache involved with designing it from the ground up. This loaded enclosure features two of our extremely popular SDR-10 D4 1, 200 Watt Max power subwoofers which combined come in at 2, 400 watts Max power for the pair. The woofers come pre-loaded and wired up inside of this custom dual 10" Ported enclosure, which features a unique kerf middle port and split chamber woofer design, allowing for extreme levels of bass output. Furthermore, the enclosure is finished in premium grade black carpet for a sleek appearance and features the Skar Audio logo in white on the top surface of the box. this enclosure was engineered by Skar Audio specifically for the woofers that are loaded in it, ensuring perfect sound and compatibility. Every subwoofer is different, and it is so critical when buying woofers to ensure that the woofers and enclosure are an ideal match, or you will lose sound quality and output. Was more then I was expecting for just 2 ten's!! I've had 5 or 6 different set ups and several brands of audio equipment over the years. And honestly, this set up here hits harder then anything else Ive had. This setup JAMS HARDCORE! Best slam for the buck!! Ive been out of the car audio world for 14 years or so, and wanted to add some bass to my car and a friend reccomended Skar to me. I was just looking for something moderate and I got to say these subs beat my expectations ten-fold. Back years ago when I was into car systems, sealed boxes were the only way to go and I would have never thought ported could slam as hard as these do, they jar my car on the lows and are very loud on higher notes. I had to add two more screws to my licence plate because it makes the trunk lid viberate so strong, they are *seriously* impressive. The amp is nice and powerful, has a selectable 6/12db bass eq, lp and ss filters and includes a bass remote. The system arrived a week earlier than estimated, and they were fortunately unharmed during shipping via fed ex. Nice plus is that the install kit included is the oxygen-free copper set and even included zip ties. They look geat in my car, and the weight of the box keeps them from sliding around so I can leave them unsecured and remove them if I need extra trunk room or to get to the spare tire. I am sold on Skar products, 5 stars from me and I will reccomend them to anyone looking for solid subs from now on. In the future im planning on replacing the rest of my cars speakers with Skar 4ohm 3-ways since my car has a factory amp and already uses 4-ohm drivers. 😎👍 ... show more

WoW where do I start these speakers are awesome big bass man. My whole SUV rattles feeling the bass in your chest had them for a couple months and they still hitting hard hooked it up to a 1200 skar amp..

Awesome package. The OFC power and ground wire is a nice upgrade from the single 12 package and all of the install accessories are very nice. The bass knob is a little bit cheap, but it works well. The speakers and box look awesome and the amp is quite nice. I installed in my 23 Grand Cherokee and it sounds great - it hits really hard. Listen very carefully if you want this system to last more than a few months. Buy. Better. Wiring. Why? You will over heat your amp with the wiring they provide. It's ok wiring if your part time or have an RCA bass controller. If you want use this everyday, everywhere, get better wiring. If you have never installed a car Audio system before, take this to a professional to get it done. This is deep end electrical work on vehicles and you can easily damage your car or the system if you do something wrong. That being said, this system kicks. I have a bass controller, and I never have to turn in all the way up. You get plenty of punch for the dollars you pay. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because what they send you to install their product is not industry standard, and you will have to upgrade a few things to make it last more than a few months. TL;DR - Take this to an audio store, buy better wires. Have them install it if you don't know how to install car audio. Good speakers for the price. ... show more
