Very easy to assemble. Have a 1 1/4" hitch and this came with a threaded locking pin. It tightened up the entire assembly. Would recommend to most everyone.

It's not real sturdy, and I think it's a little crooked but it works great and is inexpensive. I use it to hall 2 Aventon Level 2 Ebikes and have had no problems. I usually remove the batteries which takes off about 16 lbs. but I have even left the batteries on for short halls. Works fine and have no regrets buying it.

Bolts are too soft. I striped two trying to tighten the connections. Along with the better bolts and nuts I added washers inside the connections to remove the clearance. Made a big difference in reducing the wobble. Seems to carrier my two e-bike just fine.

This is my second attempt to buy a good bike rack. This one is REALLY great ! My first bike rack was a true disaster, my E bike fell off while doing 50mph damaging the car behind me. Afterwards, I looked and looked and bought this one. There is no way it can lose your bike no matter how big a bump you hit. It is secure ! It's great. it folds easy. I love it !

the paint keeps rusting and some of the paint has even chipped off. the endcaps also come off quite easily and get lost. it's also not sturdy enough to carry the load that it claims to.

the bike rack seemed like a good bike rack until a few days ago. While traveling to the park where I have been riding my bike, I crossed a speed bump going about 15 MPH. the center hook that really holds the bike down came up and the bike almost fell off. It didn't break it just came up without pushing the release button. This feature is made from plastic. It should not have released. Also the Velcro straps that go around the front and rear wheels did not stay fastened. I'm very disappointed in this rack. I will solve the problem with a tie down strap, but I should not have this problem. Make them so People will not lose an expensive bike and may cause an accident on a busy road.

Great rack for the money. I have a heavy e bike. I only use it for a single bike because my bike is so heavy. I also replaced all of the hardware with stainless steel nuts bolts a screws. I did this because my previous rack from a well known brand Had shown weakness and rusting from it's hardware, I did it out of an abundance of caution and desire to get a longer life from the rack.
