Worked well the first few days. After filling it up the little plastic thing on the side came loose and was floating in the water. The machine would automatically turn off. Water lines were full and it wasn’t in clean mode. Plus it started making a loud noise almost like a crying cat.

When we bought this ice maker, it worked well. It is very easy to use. Although portable, we never moved it from its original spot on our counter. It makes ice quickly, and there are two different sizes to choose from. However, after using it for 6 months, the optical sensors became misaligned. Therefore, it will no longer make ice because it believes it is "full". This has been an issue we have not been able to repair. Although we have treated this product with care and have not moved it, we can't get the sensors to stay aligned. We had high hopes, but now do not recommend. ... show more

It's a great little ice maker. It makes enough ice to make two or three frozen drinks. My only complaint and reason I may be returning it is because the ice is very wet and not frozen enough. Melts so fast and sticks together into a massive clump when put in a ziplock bag in the freezer. Having to break it all apart to get a few cubes is very inconvenient. ... show more

I researched for a great ice machine in my price range and found this one. I love the color, it matched with my other small appliances. We’ve had this for about 3 months now. It worked great and all of a sudden, you would turn it on, the machine would rev up and then stop. It was not working anymore. So we cleaned it, unplugged it and let it sit for a little longer than 24 hours, plugged it back in and it did the same thing.So now we are without the biggest appliances that I’ve wanted for so long. It was great until it stopped working after 6 months of use. It made ice really fast. We would dump the first couple of batches back into the reservoir to get bigger ice cubes. So sad it stopped working.
