All I can say is amazing product, where have you been. Over the last few years, I’ve bought numerous trimmers and clippers, so I can ditch the razors. I believe I’ve finally got it. It even out performed my Wahl. I’ve even tried Hattekers, Remingtons, Phillips and Surpent Pro seems to have nailed it. It’s been less than a week, but so far, it’s low noise, cordless, strong, doesn’t hurt and the trimmers shave almost zero gap. They were low enough that I shouldn’t have to worry about my ingrown hairs. I was able to zero gap the clippers, which is a plus for me. I haven’t tried that on my face yet, but I did on my head and I love it. They didn’t cut me. It didn’t run hot, in fact it stayed cool to the touch. In maybe 5 minutes, it lost 2 percent battery with the clippers. The trimmers just have a blue light, so I’ll have to run it down and see what happens. Now I need to find a case for it to hold everything. If I run into any issues, I’ll update the review. For now, I’m thoroughly impressed. UPDATE: I've used the clipper set 8 times since they've arrived on the 6th, it is now the 21st. The battery is at 74 percent. Every time I used them, it's clippers on my head and trimmers for beard. I have not used razors since the 6th of February 2023. I used to shave every day for years with a razor and follow it with bump patrol even. I have over 30 years of experience with different razors, clippers and trimmers, trying to find the perfect one so I could save money on razors. This set is still by far the best I've used. For the clippers, I had to re-gap them to zero, it was my fault. I was slightly off, and the clipper cut a nice short line in my head. Only a flesh wound. Lesson learned. The clippers are zero gapped straight now and work perfectly. The trimmers are perfect how they are. I use them on the crease of the neck and down and on my face. I maintain a goatee and the trimmers do a great job of lining and cutting the rest of my face close. I oil them after every other use. I use a thicker brush to clean them. I never understood the flimsy brushes most clippers or trimmers come with. I used bump patrol once, when my zero gap was off. I no longer have ingrown hairs. Also, the clippers and trimmers don't get hot, they have stayed cool every time I shave. I hope this helps people trying to accomplish the same thing, ditch expensive razors and have a close shave or near close shave. Almost forgot, I got the Maoershan EVA Hard Case that was made for this set. It’s not molded, I wish it was, but it does fine for now, the clippers don’t slide around. I’m still looking for a molded case though.

The order arrived several days earlier than originally promised. The quality of the clipper and trimmer are both very high and they are very, very quiet when running. The fit in the hand felt natural to me, though I never before really cut anyone's, or my own hair. I watched several videos on how to cut a military haircut on U-Tube and it seemed simple and straightforward. The next morning I cut my own hair and never nicked, cut, or even had any discomfort from pulled hair with either the clipper or the trimmer. I wear a high and tight burr on the top except for a very small flat top portion at the very front of my head where it slopes down suddenly. I could not coordinate the alignment/placement of the clipper on the back of my head using a handheld mirror and wall mirror so gave up and used the clipper by feeling on the back of my head. It looked good but I had my wife run over it to make sure I didn't leave any spots. I used the #1 plastic clip-on guide for the top to burr it and it feathered in very nicely with the very, very short sides. Finally, I used the comb and clippers to cut the flat top at the front and trimmed it freehand and eyeball using a wall mirror. I believe it would have passed the old haircut inspections I used to stand in the Marines before going to the White House it came out so nicely. I cannot foresee any major problems or issues arising with this clipper or the trimmer because of the quality of its design and construction. The price was extremely pleasing once I received the set and was able to inspect the product in my own hands as it exceeded my expectations as to the quality, performance, and apparent durability. The clippers showed 85% of power left in the battery when I finished which was considerably more than I had anticipated. Instead of my recent habit of getting a haircut once every 5 or 6 weeks, I will maintain and trim it a couple of times a week now that I have this excellent haircutting set. 27 APRIL 2023 - UPDATE - I still give this set 5 STARS as it cuts beautifully and I have become more skilled using them. Great purchase for anyone!

I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 8 years, and the majority of my clientele are men with thick course hair. I also have a lot of bald fade clients. I used Wahl for years and felt like I was constantly sending my clippers in for maintenance or needing to replace the blades. I was dropping hundreds of dollars a year on clipper maintenance of replacing my clippers entirely. One day my Wahl set had just decided it wouldn’t turn on anymore. I was in need to a new pair of clippers and trimmers by my next shift, so in a pinch I checked Amazon same day delivery for a decent pair. I figured for the price, and the reviews, they would be good enough to last me until I could send my Wahl clippers in for repair. These clippers well exceeded my expectations! I have had this set for roughly 5 months. The clippers in this set cut closer to the skin then my almost $200 pair of wahl clippers, the battery charged faster and holds a charge longer, I love that they have a display screen so I know how much charge is left, they are a nice weight (not too heavy but not too light either), they aren’t too loud (important when working on children or individuals with sensory problems), the guards are nice and secure, they also make it super easy to blend a fade. The trimmers are also great. I love the T shaped blade, they cut extremely close to the skin, battery life is also great on these, quiet, lightweight but still feel sturdy. These are so much better then my Wahl Mag Trimmer. The only dislikes I have is that I wish the chargers were not USB chargers, and had a wall plug in. Which is minor, I just ended up buying the charger ports for the wall separately. I also wish that this set came with a 6 and 8 guard, which again, minor, and if you are a professional odds are you have an abundance of guards. Also usually by now I’d be replacing my blades on my clippers and trimmers, but this set is still as sharp as the day I got them! Also I did not need to do any adjustments to the blades upon receiving them. I highly recommend this set whether you are a professional or just for personal use. They compare to the higher priced professional brands (if not better). I’ve already gotten one of the other stylists in my salon to purchase a set, and I plan to order another set to have at home.

Just bought my second pair because somebody stole my first pair. Absolutely love this set. So using this brand for a little over 3 years, I have no complaints whatsoever. So durable if dropped and lightweight at the same time. Too bad I can’t give 10 stars. I see other comments about the trimmer, they obviously don’t know what they’re doing because between 2 sets and over 2 years of using this product I can’t say anything bad this brand

I've been buying shavers at a red retail store for years. I would get a $40 set of clippers and they were ok but they weren't wireless and they don't have 2 clippers either. They also weren't as sharp. So I saw these and I'm so glad I got them. The little clippers have no issue shaving a Beard and beard hair is stronger than copper by diameter. The big one is a monster. You can shave your head or trim your hair in just a couple min. They are sharp and despite running on battery they have more force than ones that plug in. I definitely recommend these. They are incredible, at least so far. Rechargeable, sharp, nice case, and a great price. Only complaint is the charge port.... Switch it to USB c. *Review update* I've been using these since May and usually by now the ones I would buy retail for around $40 made by Wahl would be starting to get dull. We do a lot of hair cutting here between my hair and my son's plus I would use it to shave my face every day for that stubble look my wife likes so much lol. Technically I could shave twice a day with a razor so it grows pretty fast hence the daily face shave. So I was genuinely amazed that I haven't needed to get these sharpened yet. We use the large pair for our haircuts and I use the small one for my face and both work extremely well. Every other kind from $30 to $80 that I've used in the past would have needed to be sharpened by now but these things work just as good today and the day I bought them... Well the day I received them lol. Also the batteries still last quite a long time. I've only charged the small one twice since May 3rd 2022 (it's July 20th 2022) and the large ones are still in the original charge that I did before first use out of the box. Fantastic!

make sure you clean these out real good to prevent hair from getting in the motor. it will cause issues after so many haircuts. clippers lasted maybe 6 months, but trimmers work good and have been going strong for upwards of two years. not too loud or heavy
