Best one for the apartments due to it’s size. 10 years warranty on compressor is amazing. I live in apartments, 3rd floor, no elevator. I had absolutely zero issues with delivery, the crew brought it up right into my apartment with no complaints. Props to Amazon.

LQ was not very helpful. Initially they said they could send repair person in two weeks - phone number they gave didn't answer and they had no website. Got LQ to give me other people in area that could repair - I called them and they said they could come the next day if they had a repair order from LQ - that took 4 days and multiple calls to LQ. Repair company came three times and finally solved the problem after replacing the compressor, condenser, etc. Was debris in the refrigerant line. ... show more

    • To LG, or not to LG...that is the question.
First I will tell you that we are LG people, BUT this 'fridge has made us reconsider. It is a 2 year 3 month carefree refrigerator, but 3 months after the warranty lapses, our milk starting going sour. The freezer worked fine, but the refrigerator only got down to 41 degrees. While calling repairman, no one would work on LG appliances, they all had bad experiences working with the company. FINALLY, we got ONE repairman (in our whole city) to take a look, BUT he couldn't find the problem, so then they just want to start throwing parts at it. It's been a week and we are still w/o a refrigerator. Our repairman said that LG has a bad product here and was wondering when they were going to redesign. Too late for us. ... show more
