I'm a new baker but I've bought a fair share of silicon baking pans, everything from 4 inch round pans to 8 inch squares, and some 9 inch rounds as well. I've bought from at least 4 different companies and each one is different...but this company, Silikomart makes the best silicon pans ever. The hard ring (I think it's fiberglass) is a brilliant idea, it allows you to lift and move a filled pan with ease and confidence while still being able to remove the ring and peel the pan away for a perfect result. The pans themselves have a quality feel to them. The silicon is bit thicken than some of the bargain pans you can buy from Amazon and I've noticed that the inside, the surface touching the batter, seems to have a smoother finish than other silicon pans. I have bought multiple Silikomart pans already and as long as Amazon carries them I plan to keep buying them. You can order them directly from the Italy but the shipping is prohibitive. I highly recommend these pans for any purpose (especially baking), they go in the oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher. In my opinion, Italians make some quality products, especially when it comes to food, so don't worry about the slightly higher cost involved here.     • My favorite thing about this silicon pan: it's not FLOPPY

We've tried out a couple different types of silicon pans but whenever I want to make something, I always come back to this one. It's my favorite. It's made with a hard ring around the top edge that helps the pan to keep its shape. Plus the silicon is slightly thicker than the silicon pans by other manufacturers which, again, helps it to keep its shape. Now, why does any of that matter? Because that means the pan itself doesn't flop about about like it somehow lost the will to live. Which becomes rather important when (as a 'for instance') the pan is filled with uncooked cake batter and you're trying to slide said floppy pan into a hot oven. Okay, yes, you *could* put the pan onto a cookie sheet, pour the cake batter into the pan as it sits on the cookie sheet and then slide the cookie sheet into the oven. But come on. Even just *describing* that process is cumbersome. I never have to do that with a Silikomart pan, thus they are my favorite. ... show more

I use this daily in my air fryer. Mine is 3 qt Farberware I bought at Walmart for $79 but it didn't come with a baking pan. This fits wonderfully and I use it for vegetables that I want to cook in a bit of butter so I can stir them around in it. And I use this pan for my breakfast almost daily. First cook bacon for a bit, then remove that and drop in eggs... quick and easy and cheaper than drive-thru. I think this is a very sturdy pan and I can't imagine it failing unless you used a sharp knife in it. I would NOT recommend using a sharp knife in it! LOVE IT!!! ... show more

The cakes baked evenly (no โ€œcrustโ€ on the sides or bottom) and came right out of the molds. The molds are super easy to clean too. Canโ€™t think of any reason to use traditional cake pans when you can get these!

I like the product but the photo is misleading since you only get one and not two as shown in the photo. The wording can be right but the photo should match what you get in a tool like Amazon where you buy what you see .

We bought this for our Instant Pot Pressure Cooker, we use it multiple times a week for things like Egg Frittata's and it works perfectly on low pressure. One time we did high pressure accidentally and the egg got pushed out of the mold a little but didn't ruin it.
