The media could not be loaded. It’s a little on the thinner side for me if prefer a thicker pan because these thin pans tend to burn the cakes really quickly but on the other hand they are perfect for cake layers ; with these you don’t have to cut the cakes to layer them .

The media could not be loaded. I received these 6" inch pans a few months ago and have used them about four times now to make two and three layer cakes. They're sturdy and beautifully crafted. I'm new to baking so I'm trying to find the best way to butter the pans. This last batch of cakes came out so easily with only one layer having a small amount of cake stuck to the pan, which is definitely my fault but I'm getting so much better. I found that I only have to oil the pans very lightly. That has made a huge difference. My first cake was a lot taller than expected. I filled the pans 3/4 and with two layers, the cake was about 4.5 inches tall with icing. Perfect height actually; however, they did not fit in the boxes I bought. I really like these pans and will be making lots of cakes for the family. They're also so easy to clean with the cake crumbs just sliding out with minimal effort.
