These pans are specifically made to make small cake layers but I use it as just a regular baking sheet. I like it because, as a single person, I don’t need a large pan to cook my meals and that also means it takes a lot less room in the kitchen. The pans are also non-stick making them easy to clean by hand or you can also throw it into the dishwasher, since it is safe to do so. Great pans!!!! I bought these in 2019 & have used almost daily since. They still looked amazing for 6 yrs old, just a little less perfect on the back, not damaged just normal hazy look from oven but non stick top looks almost new.... I'm only purchasing more because my friend borrowed one & then left it at the event she attended. Oh well! Good reason to buy more + have an extra. I should know at my age not to let others "borrow " things you need back. ... show more

I bought these because I was tired of bringing out my full sheet tray every time I wanted to make bacon. These definitely do the trick. They’re a good size for 3-4 slices of bacon with plenty of space in between, or several cookies. Most importantly they’re very easy to clean. The nonstick coating is great, but they’re also small enough to fit in my small apartment sink. My only reason for not giving them 5 stars is because I noticed they flex dramatically every time I cook something with them. The first time it happened it sounded like a loud bang coming from my oven, and I was worried that something had exploded, but really the just bent a bit. This isn’t a big deal for what I’m cooking, but if you’re trying to make cake or something delicate, these probably won’t be a good option for you. Overall, I’m really happy that I bought them, and would certainly recommend them for someone who casually bakes and is looking to expand their set of cookware. ... show more

3 qualities I'm insanely particular about when it comes to baking items: Truly non-stick, a non-stick surface that doesn't wash off, easy to keep clean. I've just finished my second batch of 144 cookies each (basic sugar cookies) and it was a breeze! I very lightly buttered the pans before the first batch went in (just in case) and that was the last time I did that. Every batch cooked to perfection and slid right off with absolutely no sticking. And washing-up? Not a trace of anything on either of the pans, didn't need to scrub and the finish is as perfect now as it was fresh out of the box. I've never really raved about such things as this but these deserve a rave, especially at the price. (Goodbye to Walmart where I bought similar cookie/cake/roasting pans, paid much more than these cost only to have food stick and the non-stick wash off. And I washed by hand.) ... show more

These are the cheapest cookie sheets i could find on amazon, and they are super sturdy and well made! They have a good weight to them and no scratches after first bake with them. They do hold heat for a while on my counter, so beware.

This pan offers easy clean up but, I like to line it with foil before cooking any kind of meat or greasy foods to avoid any messy problems. The price was surprisingly low for the amount of quality. Warps like crazy when you put it in the oven. First time I used it for a baking recipe, it went in the oven for 400 degrees. When it came out, pan was warping like crazy. Wobbled so much I almost dropped my food when I took it out of the oven. Regains its stability once it cools.
