The dough goes in, the sling lowers it neatly into a hot Dutch oven, and nobody’s fingertips get sacrificed to the bread gods. Already a win. These mats work well for baking. They seem like they will last a while. The only reason I gave them four stars is because they sometimes will have some color spots left if I have burned something while baking. But it comes right off. They are easy to clean; I put mine in the dishwasher with no problems. They are very easy to use. I like that they came with several sizes. I store them with my pans.
