These things work like a charm for sourdough. They’re so easy to use because they are intuitive! They fit perfectly in the Dutch oven, depending on size, and they’re so helpful! I really like these. I resisted getting silicone mats for a long time. These work nicely. Help keep cookies from burning. I also used them to make siracha powder and the siracha peeled off like a dream. I have only used the large ones so far, they fitwell on the baking sheet.
