1. Easy install - Took half an hour from opening the box to turning on the faucet. I’m not handy but it wasn’t hard; most difficult part was navigating around the piping under my kitchen sink. 2. Works well - Strong water pressure; convenient rocker button for switching between stream and spray; pulls out and retracts easily; no leaks. 3. Terrific price - Replaced broken Delta faucet that cost 5x as much! This looks as nice and feels as solid. Very good installation instructions. Everybody likes it from my wife to our youngest (6 years old). The sweet spot for temperature is very narrow; it quickly goes from too cool to straight hot. Spray velocity is high, so there is substantial overspray when we use it at full volume.

I ordered this faucet in August 2022, and the installation was simple and straightforward. The packaging was well done and protected the faucet from any scratches or damage. We use it constantly as our primary kitchen sink faucet, and the longer neck has been especially useful for our double-basin sink. In March 2026, the cartridge began leaking, leaving a small puddle under the handle each day. I went back to my order to identify the cartridge model and noticed several reviews praising the brand’s customer service and warranty support. After reaching out, they responded within 24 hours, honored the 5-year warranty, and sent a replacement cartridge. It even included a new cap and hex tool. The replacement was easy, and the faucet is now working perfectly again. I’m very impressed with both the product and the company’s customer service. Looks more expensive than it is, easy installation, works better than I had hoped. This is, without exaggeration the best darn faucet I have ever had. It is increased the water pressure and is very useful and handy. This works as good as or better than some of the faucets that I look for that at various stores for more than $100 over what I paid for this.
