These are great and have become a staple in my kitchen. First, they are the exact size of a cookie sheet. If I have messy pastries or meat that I want to roast without sticking to the pan, these make a perfect liner with little to no clean up. I bake quite a bit and these perform pretty well. I do have to be careful with the temperature (electric ovens) because they do not tolerate temperatures above 375 Fahrenheit with certain foods.

These are incredibly useful for baking. Unless something is particularly greasy or wet, we rarely need to wash our baking sheets anymore. Even if we are cooking something that is going to soak through (or seep under), we still use these to prevent sticking and make the cleanup much easier than it would be otherwise.
