This was incredibly easy to assemble and feels sturdy. It's a little awkward getting taller baked goods on the back edge of the second and third rack, but not impossible - just takes a few extra seconds. I overfilled some hand pies and got strawberry jam on the racks, but they're super easier to clean... just pop off the rack and toss in the dishwasher. Easy all around. ... show more

I have a dog biscuit Company I’m also a pastry chef I don’t know what took me so long to order this but I am so thrilled I did each rack is big enough to put a 13 inch pie or a 20 inch cheesecake on each rack and they’re sturdy do not bend easy to wash easy to clean easy to dry I just keep it on my counter I always have something baking and smelling good and all my friends and family knows to go to the kitchen and look at the rack to see what kind of goodie I have cooling. This is a very sturdy rack and I anticipate having it for a long time. My previous stackable cooling rack was separated into 3 racks that had to be manually stacked, this one is strong and works well for all my needs, even ceramic pie plates, it will really hold a lot of weight. Love that it holds over 2 dozen standard size cookies on one rack, nice for cooking for large groups, also, no need ot find a large space to cool things as this cools all the same amount while only taking up the space of one rack, just what I need. ... show more

I liked the ease of getting to the flat storage. I do wish though that it was wider to accommodate the full size cookie sheets better. Finally, the assembly directions are not too clear. Please note that there is only ONE correct way to install the racks. The backside uses ONLY the dropped hook ends for proper assembly. Take your time and do not force it. I bought this originally for use with my pizza oven to prep and and for pizzas to cool after baking. This worked great. Also, I used for letting Christmas cookies cool before frosting them. Saved so much counter space. When finished it just folds up flat for easy storage.
