I purchased a pack of 24 of these Amazon Basics silicone cups. Yesterday I made corn bread muffins, cheddar cheese muffins today. If you only use these to make cheddar cheese muffins out of the box, I believe they will soon become one of your favorite baking tools. I made a dozen nice size cheddar cheese muffins by filling each cup only half full of batter. I used a muffin tin but I'm sure I could have just made my muffins placing the cups on a baking sheet sans foil or parchment paper. I dislike the smell and taste of cooking spray and am concerned about spraying such products on hot surfaces while cooking. Using these silicone cups makes use of such products unnecessary. I skipped the herb butter sauce just so I didn't forget and accidentally feed it to my dog. She like to sample everything I eat but it contains garlic, so I just added an extra sprinkling of cheddar to the top of each muffin. Amazon also sells the cheddar muffin mix. With a pack of 24 Amazon Basics silicone cups, two boxes of cheddar muffin mix and 8 oz of shredded cheddar, you could easily make two dozen muffins in less than 1/2 hour with minimal cleanup time. ... show more

I wish I had these years ago! Every week I meal prep breakfast egg bites for my wife and me for the week. Previously it would be so time consuming to try to get the egg bites out of the pan without ruining them. Plus trying to scrub and clean my pan afterwards was a PITA. Now I actually look forward to meal prepping! I've got enough of these little guys to make 10 meals worth of food! I use them for egg but I suppose if they can handle that so easy, cupcakes and muffins will probably be a dream too. These cups are also just your standard cupcake size so they fit perfectly into my pan and are easy to get in and out. I had absolutely ZERO sticking with these. The food literally just falls out of them really nicely. No oil or butter needed at all. With that being said, cleaning is effortless. You can basically just rinse them off and you're good to go. We'll see how long they last running them through the dishwasher over time though. Overall these seem to be pretty sturdy so I anticipate them lasting me many years to come. ... show more

I use these for portion control and sectioning off my kiddo's food for their lunches. I make 10 lunches once a week and I can place anything from grapes to salad dressing in these cups for later usage. I love how flexible they are because they fit into the small reusable plastic bags, the tiny compartments in the lunch boxes, and they can even fill them with small, dry snacks and carry them in their hands. They are easy to take out of the sandwich bags so my kids don't need help at school from the lunch attendent and there are no extra hands in their food which is a plus. I run a food truck and do a lot of baking for our truck. Before buying these I was using a muffin tin to bake Cornbread, Brownies and Pumpkin Pie Bites. Sometimes I would use the paper cups and sometimes I wouldnt use anything at all. I don't like being wasteful so the paper liners were not practical and without them I was having to clean the tray after every batch to keep from sticking and getting stuck. These Silicone Liners are better than I could have asked for. Not only do they not stick, but they make it easy to pop the desserts out of the tray and then pop them out of the liners and into boxes to serve on the truck. The silicone cupcake liners are fantastic! They are exactly the right size for my cupcake pans! They are nice and thick, and sturdy, and are great quality! They are bright and colorful, and it just makes you smile! (See picture) They held up well to a 350 degree F oven, and stayed firm (didn’t flop over during baking).I made small individual dinner rolls in these liners, and they easily released from the liners! No grease or spray needed! There was no residue in the liners (except a few tiny spots of baked egg (from the egg wash I put on the rolls). They were easily washed. I am really happy with these liners!!! I did a lot of research on silicone liners. I found that there were other brands where people kept complaining that their liners were too small, or too thin or flimsy. Or that the food stuck to it. That is NOT the case with these! I bought these after my fiancé blew through all my cupcake liners I had accumulated (I buy them on clearance, I'm not paying full price for something that will end up in the trash). They are fantastic! I have used them for cupcakes, muffins, homemade peanut butter cups, and yogurt peanut butter cups. They work well both in the oven and the freezer. They can be a pain to clean; I turn them inside out and let them soak and gently clean each one. Sometimes I miss bits and have to wash them again. We've used these for muffins, mini-meatloaves, and egg bites. Everything pops out of these liners so easily! We'll never go back to paper liners. Cleaning is mostly easy, though the little ridges make getting some of the crumbs and grease left behind easy to miss. We turn the liners inside out to clean them better but still sometimes need to wash by hand twice to get it all out. ... show more
