This is the worst external hard drive I've ever had. It freezes up every time I try to do anything with the files and lags forever. Sadly I missed the return window or else I would've returned it.

After a few months of steady use as a file backup I started getting warning error alerts of internal problem and it needed to be formatted... :( I tried everything to get my stuff off it, but it finally crashed and I lost everything on it. Reformatted but the size capacity dropped from 2TB to 500mb... :( Tried everything but some of the internal discs must have self destructed... :( ... show more

Looks good and functions well. Mine came with a few scuff on the outside from the packaging BUT it does not bother me. It will be used daily and really all that matters is the function. Would recommend and would purchase again.
