We got these, because our dog likes to pull used tissues out of our trash cans. Yuck. This has been the perfect solution. We have them under our bedside tables, next to the couch, and in the bathrooms. They are the perfect size for us for weekly amounts of trash. I did not realize (I don't know how lol) that there are three in this order. When I got it I just laughed because what am I going to do with THREE? I only needed one! Anyway, I've had it several months now and it serves it's purpose well. It fits in perfectly in the small space I wanted it for. The top still springs open, I've never had an issue with it. I loved these at first but after a few weeks of regular use all 3 are having trouble with the clasp that works the push to open lid. They close fine but don’t open well. I’m looking into replacing the clasps or adding a handle to open the lids. If you are looking to use these to keep dogs out of the garbage just know your pets. My dogs will respect the lids even though they can’t resist an open can at nose height. However any dog who wanted to could easily knock it over which makes the lid fall off, so it’s very easy to get into if they try. But over all the claps are what make this a risky buy. ... show more
