So here’s the thing. I had a very expensive radio installed in my 2013 JK 8 years ago. It worked great until it stopped working. I realized all I needed was something that had CarPlay installed because that’s all I use now. So I bought an inexpensive radio that just had CarPlay for that reason. That unit was touch screen only. I quickly realized it was too sensitive and I could not easily turn my music up and down. The touch screen was too sensitive and eventually stopped working. I started shopping and wanted to find the same sort of setup, but with a dial for the volume control. I came across this unit and was skeptical because of the price. I decided to give it a shot. I couldn’t be happier. Not only was it a perfect fit in my Jeep without having to buy a separate mounting system, it is a plug and play. The last unit would not allow me to use my steering wheel controls for the radio but this unit works flawlessly with the factory controls without me having to adjust a settings. The only issue I had was navigating the system controls to find where to turn on the amp remote power. Once I located it and switched it on, my amp and sub woofers worked perfectly. I adjusted the factor volume to my liking and it sounds great. I only use the CarPlay function and it syncs with my phone everytime. It also comes with a back up camera that is also a plug and play. This is a great unit for a good price if you are looking to use Apple play or google play.

Poor Performance and Compatibility I am very disappointed with this car stereo. I installed it in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited X (no CAN bus), and it failed to work properly. Apple CarPlay lags terribly, making navigation and music frustrating and unsafe. Additionally, it does not work with my factory antenna settings, leaving me with poor or no radio reception despite professional installation. This product is not worth the money or hassle. First I'll say you really do get alot of value for the money. It's a seamless fit in my 2012 Ram. It doesn't quite have the touch sensitivity as high end indash units which is expected. The sound quality isn't bad. Actually sounds pretty good compared to the factory head unit. The operating instructions give you about enough info to operate about 10% of the stereo functions. The rest of the functions you will either have to just press buttons until you figure out what it does. There are alot of apps that are not compatible with the OS. I was able to get prime video but not netflix which was disappointing. There are 2 or 3 different places to do audio settings and every place over rides the other places settings. Lol. The zlink app seems to connect well to my phone for android auto but will have a hiccup every once in a while. The sound from Spotify, to the radio, to navigation, to video are all on different levels and there are no instructions on how to get them to be more similar so when switching sources you aren't either blowing your speakers or having to turn the volume way up. I'm still of the thought it was worth the very reasonable price point to have this style stero in your vehicle and it does alot things well. Just does none of it great. I would rather have paid a little additional money and had a very comprehensive instruction manual that gave you insight into all the different functions and settings. It definitely could be better but, for the price I guess you really can't expect better. I'm giving 4 stars because while I do have expectations for products you have to base your expectations off the cost to value. And it warrants 4 stars even with all the short comings.

Plug & play in my 2012 RAM 1500! The crazy harness and extra modules might seem like a lot at first but it's a piece of cake to install, just plug everything in and you're done. The user interface is FASTER than the factory RHB head unit! It powers up in seconds, and doesn't turn off when starting the vehicle! No more having to go back to bluetooth mode after starting my truck! The launcher/main UI looks..... fine. I wish there were better & more customizable themes. I won't be using local storage so the local music & video players are useless to me, but every theme puts them on the home screen. Slightly annoying but I can live with it. The wireless Android Auto doesn't work very well for me, but through USB it's flawless! I have it set up so that my phone just streams music over bluetooth, and then once I plug in the USB cable it jumps to android auto mode, including whatever music is currently playing like spotify. There is so much to talk about with this radio, but if you're on the fence about buying it because it's a cheap Chinese head unit, rest assured that it won't suck. I'd recommend getting the version with more RAM, it is running android after all.

Bought it for a quick fix. It randomly turns up whenever it wants too. And after about a week it doesn't work with my steering wheel.

This radio worked great for about 2.5 weeks. It has disconnected from my jeep and won't reconnect. I can't use steering wheel controls, and several other functions no longer work. I reached out to Amazon, who would only let me return, not exchange. I didn't want to be without a radio or have to take the jeep apart and put it back together several times so Amazon suggested to reach out to the seller. I reached out the them and haven't heard a word back. Would not recommend. Broke in less than 30 days and the seller will not respond to my email.
