Came exactly as pictured but you may need at least a wrench… it took FOREVER to get my apartments old shower head off looks like it was up there for awhile had to spray WD40 and use a wrench to get it off… New shower head took about 15 mins we put it up there without the tape first time and it was leaking out the back so then we tried the tape on all three connectors and the handle sprayer and made sure each connection had a washer leaking stopped. WORTH EVERY PENNY ! Our apartment shower was so raggedy it was hard to even wash my hair cause I have thick curly hair and the water pressure was trash but now it’s all fixed !!! I will be purchasing another as a gift for my mom !

What a perfect upgrade! I am not handy at all. And I was able to install this in 15 minutes. Super easy! Absolutely beautiful. The water pressure is great. My showet frels like im at a luxury hotel. And the additional hose is perfect for cleaning, and to bathe my dog. Bonus: it already comes with the waterproof tape. If you've been thinking about it, get it. You will not regret it.

The media could not be loaded. All as I can say, is the showerhead for the price you pay is incredible! Ignore the bad reviews those people either do not know how to install the showerhead or they got a bad package but for me on the other hand, it required no tools it took me five minutes. The water pressure is fascinating, and the hand held showerhead is incredibly mind blowing, a lot of people were saying that the showerhead feels cheap not at all! Everything came packaged very nicely. Nothing was damaged all the washers in the Teflon tape were all in the box.! Overall great product

Better than the mo en we previously had. Sleek design, great water flow(sprayer has amazing pressure particularly on secondary stream function) and long hose. The only downfall is the holder for attachment. It looks cheap but I’ll take it for how amazing this is overall!

This shower head looks nice in pictures, but it is extremely cheaply made and not nice at all. The head is so tiny, you barely get any water out of it. The spray wand is literally made out of black plastic, with a flimsy plastic button. Not metal. It also only has 2 spray options: a weird, straight jet stream that my husband describes as “lethal” because it’s too painful to be used on skin, and then a low pressured shower. It was on sale for prime day, and I don’t even think it was worth the sale price. I desperately want to send it back, but I don’t think I can.

I've had this set for over a year and it is still working perfectly. The installation was super easy, and instructions where great. Even after almost two years the pressure is still amazing! I love this shower head so much!! We moved recently and left this with the house. I loved it so much I bought another one for our new house! Because a standard head isn't the same, and I can't imagine showering without this one anymore. I know it seems silly but it feels amazing

UPDATE 9-27-22: I'm knocking another star off for poor quality. Tonight, almost 4 months after the purchase, the hose that connects to the shower wand developed a massive leak and was spraying water everywhere. Fortunately I caught it in time before it made a huge mess. Could have been worse if someone else was showering who wouldn't have noticed it. The shower wand and rainfall head are still working well. Disappointed as we hardly ever moved the wand out of the mounting position. The hose didn't get any abuse so there is no reason why it leaked the way it did. "END OF UPDATE" This shower head combo is very lightweight and for the most part is pretty easy to install. I was having issues with the threading on one of the connectors. I'm very handy when it comes to fixing things and I knew that something wasn't quite right. I was able to get it to go on maybe a thread or two by hand and then I opted to use a pair of channel locks and some tape to force it on the rest of the way. Fortunately, it worked for me and I didn't have any further leaking from that joint. The connection that gave me problems was to the T valve right before the rain shower plate. All of the other connections threaded on with no problems at all. I tested the threading on another piece which was the same size and it too was giving me problems. It was a faulty part or just the wrong part all together, but I managed to get it to work. Just be careful to test all your connections if you decide to buy this. The water pressure is very good out of the rain shower head. Much better than I expected to be honest. The shower wand is really nice and gives a lot of really useful features such as: 3 modes to switch from, a stop function, a power wash feature if you remove the top part of the wand, and just very powerful water pressure in general. As far as durability goes, I can't say whether the product will last. If feels very light and the entire product is just plastic aside from a couple of metal connection points. I am slightly worried about the quality of the shower wand hose because other reviews have said that it didn't hold up. I will keep this review updated if I encounter any further issues.
