Strong suction, holds a lot of liquid. I swear this vacuum pulled up sand from my carpet from the previous generation. We have a new puppy and this has come in handy for accidents on the carpet. Comes as shown. Suction is great and doesn't leave behind excess water when using shampooing setting. The only critique I would have is that there isn't any storage outside of the tank itself for the accessories. I used it as a shampooer for my car upholstery and it took the time in half from what I had been doing with machines like the “little green”. You can use it for just about anything otherwise. It's not too big of a unit either so it's relatively easy to store.

So far it has met my expectations. I use it mainly for extracting seats and carpet in vehicles. I am very pleased with it. The suction is comparable to my last vac based extractor, with slightly better power. I can also maneuver it around easier. It has the Shop Vac quality and versatility of the brand.

The extension for the carpet sucks, and would be able better a faster if it had actual brushes on any of the adapters. The small head works great for cars and couches but small small areas only

Great all-around multipurpose vacuum. The name says it all. I ordered this because of the brand and the fact that it can be used to clean upholstery with the added pump and cleaner reservoir. It's not a steam cleaner or hot water cleaner, although I guess you could put hot water in the reservoir, but it works pretty well for minor messes on upholstery. It's not the largest capacity, but that is not a flaw, just a preference on my part. Suction is as is expected from a shop-vac and has done wonders on my wood floors for both dry and wet vacuum functions. I love, too, that it is a metal container, not plastic like so many others. Overall, pleased with the purchase.

It started smoking and tried to catch on fire. Do not buy it. I used after following instructions for set up turned it on. It makes a noise started smoking and almost caught on fire. Does Amazon even test thes products.....

It pumped water from the clean water tank out the exaust port instead of pumping it into the spray hose supply. It had a huge dent in the metal canister that prevented the wheel from clicking into place making it very unstable. the suction seemd good when it sucked up its own spilled water, but any regular shop vac can do that. I purchased this specifically for the catpet and upholstery shampooing function, so its useless to me with that function broken. The construction feels very cheap, lightweight, and rickety. The wand extension flexes excessively with any pressure. It was easy enough to set up with the video link qr code and instructions, too bad it dosent work as intended Also im pretty sure water shooting out of the motor housing exaust is an electrocution hazard and dangerous. Not worth the money, im going to buy the vacmaster brand when my return is completed.
