I got this because I was tired of taping paper labels to boxes like some kind of arts and crafts project gone wrong. Printing shipping labels on a normal printer was wasting ink and taking forever. I wanted something simple for selling stuff online without turning my desk into a giant mess. Setup was easier than I expected, even for a guy like me who usually clicks random buttons and hopes for the best. There were a couple annoying things though. The app took a minute to figure out and I had to mess with the settings more than I wanted. Sometimes the labels did not line up perfect on the first try, but after adjusting it things got better. The machine also makes a little noise while printing, not crazy loud, but enough to make my dog stare at it like it was alive. Overall, it does the job and makes shipping stuff way easier for small business people or anybody selling online. I use it almost every day now and it saves me time and frustration. It is not some magical life changing machine, but it works well and keeps me from fighting with my old printer every night. That alone makes it worth having in my opinion. ... show more

It took a little finagling to figure out how to use this label printer. Once we figured it out, it was great. Once labels are in, the print as requested. The appearance from the printer is sleek, and the adhesive on the labels is great. We used them to put QR codes on swag gifts, and this little device got the job done. We are happy with it's reliability, print quality, print speed, and value. Great product for smaller jobs.
