    • Fantastic vacuum! Read details first though!
This vacuum works awesome! I have a shark steam mop so I figured I’d try one of their vacuums too and I’m very impressed! It cleans so well for a cordless vacuum. I love the little headlights on the front. They help me see cat litter that I often miss with other vacuums I’ve had before. The suction is incredible and will pick up things like a whole piece of cat food even! The bin holds a lot before needing to be emptied which is really nice. We live in an apartment of about 900 sq ft. I can vacuum the whole thing before it dies which I could not do before with any other cordless vacuum we’ve had. The battery is super easy to disconnect and charge which I like so the whole vacuum doesn’t have to be at the outlet. The downsides are the vacuum does have some weight to it compared to other cordless vacuums. But I’ve gotten used to it now and I don’t really even notice anymore. The biggest thing I don’t like is how loud it is. It louder than a standard vacuum but louder than I expected. Again, I’m used to it now. Those are not selling points for me so I would still highly recommend this vacuum! Please note though, I bought a refurbished vacuum by mistake! I knew that price was crazy good for a reason lol. I was really worried once I realized it was refurbished. Had I paid closer attention to that I likely wouldn’t have bought it. That being said though, I am so glad I did! They really did an amazing job cleaning it up and making it as close to new as possible. In fact you wouldn’t notice it was refurbished if you didn’t see a few minor scratches here or there. It works like new! But it is still important to read all the details and know what you’re buying so make sure to check for that before adding to cart. And fair to mention this was easily noted in green lettering that it’s refurbished right before hitting add to cart. That’s what I get for Amazon shopping half asleep though! Haha. So it’s not like Amazon tried to hide or anything is my point. Again I would highly recommend this vacuum if you need to spot clean or even just a whole home that’s smaller in size! ... show more

How did we not buy one before? I love this Vac, my wife loves this Vac! It does everything promised - strong suction, easy to use, light weight and multi-position, long battery life. My wife flipped out, vacuuming under every piece of furniture we own without kneeling, hardly bending. We have two dogs and two birds. It is unbelievable how much hair and dander this Vac picks up! It's a bit louder than we expected but we figured that's a function of it's strong suction power. It is a Vac that easily transitions from hardwood to carpet, no cords, no adjustment levers. EASY! CONVENIENT! BUY IT! And we weren't sure we'd like it so we bought a reconditioned or factory renewed and everything is AS NEW, not a scratch, mark or defect. What a deal! ... show more

    • Worth every dollar spent! Great suction, versatile and convenient to use
We bought the Shark UZ565H Pro Cordless Vacuum because we were tired of lugging out our big heavy Shark for the nearly daily touch-ups we need, especially in the kitchen. We bought a reconditioned vacuum, and everything, from the packaging to the vacuum was like it was new. The suction on this little machine has really impressive suction power: it picks up seeds, crumbs and even coffee beans with equal ease. It is small, light and mobile, with the head easily able to clean under and around furniture. The charge does last about 40 minutes, which is nice for the times we use it for the rest of the house. The battery pac is easy to disconnect for charging, a plus for arthritic hands. The headlight enables us to see the dust (and much cat hair) as it is disappearing: this is somehow so gratifying! It adapts itself to whatever floor surface it encounters without the need to change settings. This is a great tool for those who live in dusty areas, have shedding pets, and or are messy cooks!     • Vacuum is awful, Sellers are worse
I ordered this vacuum as I wanted a cordless vacuum to use. I received it and immediately found it did not pick up everything. I had seen videos where this vacuum was compared to "no name" vacuums on tik tok but assumed if it is a shark, it has to be decent. Shortly after I had it, it quit charging. I returned it and asked for a replacement hoping the one I got originally was the issue. Nope, the second one was just as poor at picking things up and also would not keep a charge. I returned it and asked for my money back this time around. All of this is within the return window. Although the tracking provided shows it was delivered and received at their warehouse, they are not refunding me and telling me to file a claim with UPS. I have tracking with verifications for BOTH deliveries and have sent those to WOOT (this 3rd party seller) several times and they still have not given me a refund. I have escalated the problem with Amazon and have been assured I will receive the money but it is ridiculous that I am having to jump through hoops to get money back for a crappy product. Beware of buying from this seller, I think they are now trying to turn this into a UPS issue when clearly it is not. ... show more
