This unit works very well, with good reach. It picks up pet hair using rotating flappers instead of brush bristles, making it self-cleaning. Good air flow and dirt/hair pickup, battery life and easy cleaning of the dust cup makes it a great value.

This is a great little handheld vacuum. It has good suction power, the different nozzles are useful for a variety of cleanup needs, and it's not too heavy. I generally use it for little spills around the house or to do a quick vacuum of my car. It's also easy to empty out - which can be frustrating on other models. I took away one star because the charge does not last a super long time. Fully charged I can do a quick vacuum of my car (an mid-sized SUV) and that's it. It usually runs out of power as I'm finishing up my car, so if you want something that is going to last a long time, this probably isn't the best choice for you. But, for small jobs around the house it's a great little handheld and I recommend it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Edit: After a lot of back and forth trying to help the AI email agent understand the problem, the support system sent me a new vacuum and I only had to pay for the shipping. So, I'm adjusting back up to a mid-grade rating. If the replacement works for at least 2 years then we are all set. I will note that the charging issue seems to be a recurring problem on electronics that use USB for charging and I will be avoiding that in the future. ---------------------------------------------- We have another shark vacuum, and that one is great, but this handheld is really bad. The suction was never good, and after 6 months it has just stopped charging. Customer service is run entirely by AI (even the emails), and after explaining the exact problem with the USB-C port on the vacuum, they offered to send another cord. See the video - another cord is definitely not going to help the situation. Bottom line, don't buy it. ... show more

If you're thinking about buying that no-name brand on sale, don't. Just buy this one instead. Trust me. I've been looking for a good affordable hand held vacuum for years. I've tried tons of 4+ Star ones, and all of them were a huge waste of money. One lasted almost a year while another stopped working after three uses - and everything in-between so I was hesitant. I finally sucked it up and bought this one once it went on sale and the difference is amazing! It feels light but not cheap. The noise is about the same, but the power is much better. It picks up dirt, shredded paper, and even dog hair with ease. The extensions are nice and since the quality seems good, the vacuum does its job. It's easy to use, move, and store, and it fits well in my hands. I highly recommend. *I've only had this product for roughly a month. Will update if needed. ... show more

I did a lot of research before I purchased this vacuum and repeatedly the reviews and recommendations about this vacuum were good. It does not disappoint; this a great vacuum. The attachments are easy to use. It is small enough to be used on small messes but strong enough to handle larger messes. The suction will pick up heavy debris and fine powdery dust. When turned on the devise is not very loud but still works great. It is easy to clean and doesn’t require bags or filters. Great value for the money. Bought it for our daughter who has 2 cats that shed a ton, said it worked amazingly well on their stairs and picking up the hair. Doesn’t have the longest battery, but said that’s fine cuz it’s not for the whole house. Great power and suction.
