The attachments are easy to use. It is small enough to be used on small messes but strong enough to handle larger messes. The suction will pick up heavy debris and fine powdery dust. If you're thinking about buying that no-name brand on sale, don't. Just buy this one instead. Trust me. I've been looking for a good affordable hand held vacuum for years. I've tried tons of 4+ Star ones, and all of them were a huge waste of money. One lasted almost a year while another stopped working after three uses - and everything in-between so I was hesitant. I finally sucked it up and bought this one once it went on sale and the difference is amazing! It feels light but not cheap. The noise is about the same, but the power is much better. It picks up dirt, shredded paper, and even dog hair with ease. The extensions are nice and since the quality seems good, the vacuum does its job. It's easy to use, move, and store, and it fits well in my hands. I highly recommend. *I've only had this product for roughly a month. Will update if needed. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Edit: After a lot of back and forth trying to help the AI email agent understand the problem, the support system sent me a new vacuum and I only had to pay for the shipping. So, I'm adjusting back up to a mid-grade rating. If the replacement works for at least 2 years then we are all set. I will note that the charging issue seems to be a recurring problem on electronics that use USB for charging and I will be avoiding that in the future. ---------------------------------------------- We have another shark vacuum, and that one is great, but this handheld is really bad. The suction was never good, and after 6 months it has just stopped charging. Customer service is run entirely by AI (even the emails), and after explaining the exact problem with the USB-C port on the vacuum, they offered to send another cord. I can honestly say this is one of the best vacuums I’ve ever used! I have a Labrador who sheds A LOT, and the fur on my stairs was always a struggle to clean with bigger vacuums. The Shark UltraCyclone Pet Pro Plus has been a game changer. It’s lightweight, super easy to handle, and the suction power is strong enough to pick up fur without getting clogged. I was impressed by how quickly it picked up all the hair, even in the corners and edges of the stairs. The attachments are also really handy for different surfaces, and cleanup is simple. I bought it over a year ago and it’s still working fine. It’s great for cleaning up after kids and picks up cereal and crumbs easily. Great for quick clean up in the car. It isn’t quite strong enough to do the entire interior carpet of the car but helps with maintaining it. Emptying and cleaning the filter is easy. It gets a decent amount of time on a full charge. The only problem was the charger. The piece that plugs into the vacuum was hard to connect from the first day and broke off after a few uses. I called Shark and they said the warranty (I purchased the two year one) does not include the charger so I had to buy one. The new charger fit better and works fine with the plug adapter and with the USB port in the car. It’s a bit loud but since I don’t use it for long periods of time it’s not a problem. ... show more
