Length of cord could be longer but it's decent. Such a great cleaner, does not clean grout. Easy to move and mop once it's in the use position. Only has 2 settings reg and fast. Easy to wash the pads in washer machine . Water tank is small but quick to fill and last for half of our usual mopping. We find it so worth the money, we would buy again especially if it's on sale.

I received this for Christmas and I have to say that I have mopped much more often than before because it is super convenient and I don't have to manually scrub so hard. The steam makes me feel like my floors are truly clean and that makes me feel better for my toddler who is always wallering all over the floors. I had one of the roller mop vacuums previously and after you would use the bar once it would become matted and not clean well and leave streaks. You don't have that with this and it is easy to just pull off the pads and toss them in the wash. I bought extra pads to use a new set in each room. The cord length is excellent and is compatible with my wood floors and my linoleum floors easily. It seems durable, appears well made. I am not sure about the price since I received it as a gift for Christmas from the hubby. I hope to make enough money to buy one for my Mom since it is so light and easy to use.

So I just got this today and instantly had to use it. I hate mopping and wanted something easier. Out of package it was easy assembly. Water reservoir is small but lasts quite a bit. It heats up within 30 seconds or so and seems to clean well. Looks like it leaves "rings" when ur mopping but they do go away. The pads were dirty as crap after doing almost my whole house someone its definitely getting dirt off. It got some stuck on grime off from where my trash can sits so thats good and all. I dont like how it cant turn to get into tighter spaces. If u try it shuts the steam mop off. So weird smaller spaces will need cleaned a different way but isnt a con for me since I only have about 2 smaller spaces it couldn't get to. Overall happy so far, will update once ive used it more then once.

We love our Shark vacuum, so when 5 star reviews of this Shark power steam mop started popping up, I was intrigued enough to actually watch the videos. The first time I used it to clean our vast, faux wood, great room floor, I fell in love. I was so over all the other mops with the sprays, chemicals, soaps and vinegars, leaving behind smells and streaks that either had to be rinsed (a whole 'nother job) or would quickly pick up dirt. This light, quiet, water only steamer with the whirling, non-scratch pads just pulls along, taking dirt and grime with it. Changing the pads out after each room space ensures I'm not spreading grime, and the water is super easy to refill. I have dubbed it the Sharknado, and it is here to stay.

I thought about getting a steam mop for my sealed bamboo floors for months before finally biting the bullet and getting this. I was worried about it maybe damaging the floors or not cleaning all that well, but so far I am really happy with my purchase. We've had our floors for five years. I have been cleaning them with a spray bottle with a white vinegar and water solution and a microfiber mop, but as time has passed, it felt more and more like they just were not getting clean. I could wipe the floor with a damp paper towel right after mopping it and have it come up black, yuck. The first couple of times I used this, it did leave some swirl marks, but each time I use it (had it for over a month, mop about once a week), it seems to take off more of the built-up soil, and the floors now look very clean and stay that way longer. I think you need to use it slowly, not try to rush it along. I refill the water container maybe once while cleaning my 1600 square-foot house, but that is because I have carpet in the bedrooms and rugs in two rooms. I went through more refills one time when I tried to do the majority of the hardwood floor by moving rugs and furniture, but that is not a weekly effort. This does not get my floor any wetter than the spray bottle and microfiber mop did. The steamed floors seem to dry faster, so I have no concerns about damaging the floor with the steam. I think my only complaint at this point is that the cord is not as long as I would like. I have to move it three times when I use it. I wash the pads after every use, so I'll be ordering a second set of those. I also wipe off the bottom of the steam mop after using it, as it does seem to collect some pet hair. I hope it holds up over time as I really love this and feel like it is a good value.

I bought this product after using a friend’s. It has been a total game changer in cleaning my floors. I have laminate and tile at home and using the shark steam mop is so easy to use and it’s self propelling feature makes it lightweight and a joy to use. Yes… a joy! I love cleaning my floors! I do not heavy dirt in my home… no shoes in the house, no pets or kids dropping food so I can’t speak if it is good on heavy duty dirt. I also tried it on my very tight woven burber carpet for mild surface dirt/spot cleaning and it worked amazing on the carpet too. If you have heavy dirt, buy a proper carpet cleaner. I’m pretty sure this would not clean healily soiled carpet.
