What's not to like? This cleaner is perfect. I have LVP flooring, which was installed almost immediately in February 2020 in my new home. (The original carpet from 1978 was there when I purchased it; nasty stuff.) Now I love to live in a clean, clean, clean house. At the same time there are two things working against that: I hate to clean and I have three indoor-only cats. My solution, originally suggested by the pandemic, was to stop eating out and stop going out. That freed up a lot of money and in 2023 I began to think about spending it on a desperately needed gardener and a housecleaner. While I kept the house relatively clean it hadn't been deep cleaned for nearly three years. The fantastic person I got to houseclean was the first person to use this. And midway through the home, she came to me raving about the incredible results she was getting from this. So much so that I had to use it in one room. She was right; it IS amazing. If I had known cleaning the floor was so easy with this I probably would have done it myself. It looks clean, it feels clean, it is clean. And really, it almost drives itself. You guide it and it does all the work. I was initially concerned if the steam might loosen the LVP boards but it has not. It does it all and it makes it easy. What my housecleaner taught me was to sweep, then vacuum, then steam clean. The floors have stayed quite clean for about two weeks now. I know part of that is because I do not allow any shoes in the house at any time but I also credit the steam cleaner. I especially like that the pads are washable so I can use them over and over and over again. As I write this, Amazon is out of this model but it is so good I recommend buying it once it comes in again. Highly recommended. ... show more

    • Making cleaning the floor easy!
Only used one time (will update if there are changes). I sweep and clean right after by adding only water, wait 30 seconds to get hot and then push it around. Basically moves itself and I only have to direct it where to go. When done dump water remaining, if any (I had none after doing 2 rooms and stairs), then throw the pads in the wash and let air dry. Pros: easy to use, cleans well, almost no clean up of the machine, able to use on my LVP, and uses steam and not chemicals. Cons: won’t get corners — mop doesn’t do that great either — had to use extra water with a mop and actually ruined the bottom trim for cabinets over time. I was able to do stairs; I just needed to be careful. Overall love this little machine. ... show more

    • AWESOME steam cleaner for my bamboo floors!
No longer will I have to break my back mopping my floors! This steamer is so great and works so very well. I've clean my floors with it three times and every time it gets easier because there is less dirt. Word to the wise... read the instructions! It's super easy to use the steam button is great but only needed when you have a heavily soiled floor or spot. I don't use it at all because the steam will come out even if you don't press the steam button which should be PLENTY of moisture to clean your floors. I do use the lowest setting and it gets my floors spotless! Extremely light streaking when completely dry or none at all. The more you apply the steam button, the more water is used, hence the streaking issue. It turns off buy just putting it in the upright position which is great. It's really powerful and pretty much propells itself! The steam is super hot too! It really does it's job. I'm very pleased with it. ... show more

So it took me awhile to decide how I felt about this steam mop, but I also had to get used to tile flooring in our home. Pros: no dirty water, no bucket. Cleans and sanitizes at the same time. Just switch the pads as you use them and throw them in the wash. You’ll know when it needs water. It really helps for those with physical limitations and does the work for you. Though they advise not to put any other product in the reservoir, you can pre-wet the pads and spray the floor with fabuloso to get that clean smell. I also found it does help to clean the dirt better and faster. Cons: you have to switch the pads out often (or continue “cleaning” and just push around the dirt like a normal mop). It doesn’t come with many pads so you’ll have to buy more. Cord obviously doesn’t give full mobility like it would if it were cordless. I have found plain water gives a burning type of smell that can be avoided with scented water specifically for steam mops. ... show more
