I’m a senior citizen and I want floors that look freshly scrubbed but there’s no way I can get down and scrub floors anymore. I was surprised at how easy this is to use and what a great job it does on our laminate floors and tile. I have pet parrots so chemical cleaners are a no-no in our house. I bought this item to try to strip my kitchen and bathroom floors. Works pretty good for that but the brushes are kinda small for larger floors. I purchased the assortment of brushed/pads and now I use it mainly to shampoo my carpets. Works great for them. I turn on high steam and use the green pads and my carpets come out great. Will never hire a steam cleaning company again. I really like the product and would recommend it for all cleaning needs ... show more

I’m extremely disappointed that the Shark Steam Mop with dual pads did not arrive in the manufacturer’s box but rather a plain brown cardboard shipping box. It is obvious it was previously owned. I’m returning the item exactly how it was received. See the attached photo. Works far better than what I was using. I have animals and sometimes they have accidents. This this machine does a great job actually scrubbing the floor and cleaning spills by or any normal debris from everyday traffic. The thing I like most is that it is lightweight and easy to use. It holds enough water I can do the whole downstairs without having to refill. The pads are reusable, you just throw them in the washer. They are easy to mount and stay on while cleaning.
