Great quality! Robot ate poop and still works like a champ!

BUY THIS VACUUM! ATE POOP AND STILL WORKS PERFECTLY! Ok so I bought this vacuum in January because my old Roomba sucked and I wanted a robot vacuum that did not have a mop. I could already tell it was much better/quieter than my old Roomba. Then in April my dog pooped on the rug and since I had it on the automatic clean the robot of course ate the poop. Since I wasn't home my kids tried to clean it up but did not do a good job and there was pooped dried and caked on it when I came home. I literally washed/scrubbed this vacuum in the sink without even taking the battery out because I thought it was done for. I let it dry out for a few days and when it finally dried it worked fine. It is still going 2 months after the event, and I did not have to buy a new robot. It cleans great too! Definitely worth it.

Absolutely love this robot, had the older models before was sketchy about this one since compared to others only has one brush. But robot gets perfectly into corners and sides of walls compared to others I have and picks up quite a bit during the day. Love that I can turn him on even before I get home

Mop stopped after 45 days - Customer Service no help

Mop function stopped working after just after the return window closed - about 45 days. The customer service number that came with the material packaging, actually only redirected us to a survey to receive a free life alert system. We were never able to speak with customer service either on the phone or on their website. I thought we had made some headway via email, but the customer service representative eventually told us that we needed to call, when we made the phone call, no matter what option we chose from the main menu, we were always redirected back to the beginning. We were just continually redirected back to either the life alert survey or the main menu. The vacuum works fine but extremely frustrated that for a $500+ item only half of it actually works. We’ve had shark products in the past and never had an issue, but this one is major and I would 100% not recommend.

It does what it's suppose to

First off it's just my husband and me with our 6 pets. I have hardwood floors, 2 dogs; one of which sheds like crazy, and 2 indoor cats and 2 indoor/outdoor cats. It was easy to set up. Took maybe 5 mins. The app is easy to use and very simple. I don't have to babysit this one, unlike my old one that got stuck all the time or lost in a room. It's scheduled to start in the morning when I get up for work. All I have to do is pick up any cat or dog toys that got drug out and empty the dustbin. I like that it talks to you when there is a problem. It'll tell you what's wrong so you don't have to figure it out. The only time it did that was when it picked up a dog treat that the dogs missed and it jammed up the roller. Took the treat out and pushed clean and away it went. It also sends messages through the app. But most of all I like the row-by-row vacuuming. It maps out your house and you can see where it vacuumed. Does a pretty good job at covering the entire house in about 45 mins. It will go empty its dust bin then go back to where it left off and continue vacuuming. Sometimes it makes no sense what it's doing or where it's going but it's a machine, not a person so it's only as smart as the person who programmed it. 😉 As long as I run it every day it does a good job of keeping up with the pet hair on the living room rug. Otherwise, it doesn't have enough power to pull up all the pet hair. But I tell people they're not designed to replace your vacuum, they just help keep it clean in between cleanings. Now with all this pet hair, it picks up every day, there is no way you only have to empty the dustbin once a month. I have to empty it at least once a week. Oh, and it's super loud when it's emptying itself and it definitely isn't quiet while vacuuming. While it is quieter than a regular vacuum but it's no quieter than the robot vacuum it replaced. I have carpet in the bedrooms and I'm sure it helps but they still need the real deal every few days. Overall I do like it better than the old one but honestly, I can't say that it cleans any better though it might be more thorough. The only reason it's better is that it is less of a hassle for me to operate and while it is running. If you're looking for an easy to use robot this is a good choice.

Gets that dog hair up!

This is the BEST robot vacuum if you have dogs. I have three dogs, one is my German Shedder, and my two mutts shed, too. This vacuum gets an extraordinary amount of dog hair up on the daily. It’s easy to clean, and the center roller is idiot proof when cleaning and putting it back together. This is best robot vacuum I’ve had, and I’ve had many!

Great for keeping up with pet hair

This robot vacuum has been doing a wonderful job keeping up with the mess in our house. We have a Golden Retriever and a cat, so there’s plenty of pet hair, plus dust and food from the baby. We have it run every night and it does a great job picking everything up. The dustbin does fill up fairly quickly with all the pet hair, so we need to empty it often, but that feels like a reasonable trade-off for how well it cleans. I also really like the adjustable sound settings, the mapping works well and being able to change the direction it cleans gives us more control over how it runs. It has made keeping the floors clean a lot easier.

Absolutely the best thing we have bought in recent history.

Incredible how this little robot works. We named her Rosie after the maid in the Jetsons cartoon. Smart & efficient. She does require a little bit of training for the unitarian setup. Mapping your Floorplan takes some effort. But when it is set, you will enjoy beautiful, clean and shiny floors. It knows not to mop in carpeted areas and will clean room specific areas when instructed to do so. Makes Roombas look mentally challenged. I can say that because we own two of those. They do an ok job but do not compare. The Shark is pricey but worth every penny. My wife is overjoyed with our new maid! And therefore, my life is better too because she is happy and I walk on immaculate floors.

Pretty Mediocre - Hair Clogs It

Not worth the discounted $200 price tag. Suction is decent, but it still leaves dirt and hair around the house — the "smart path" lidar thing is BS, it runs into stuff constantly and gets stuck. Anti hair wrap is also a joke, hair regularly gets clogged on the brush and has to be removed. (I would understand monthly deep clean, but every 2-3 cleanings is nuts). If you have a spartan lifestyle, have short hair, and short haired pets this might be OK. Not at all for me.
