Purchased this as a second vacuum to use between weekly vacuuming with our Dyson and oh man is it impressive! So quick and easy to use and much more convenient for those little messes. Our cat gets litter everywhere and this little thing picks it up without issue. Only a day and a half after I had used the Dyson to fully vacuum, I used the shark to touch up the house a bit and had a dust cup full of dirt, cat hair, and litter. Seriously works like a charm. I ordered this for my elderly mother who was looking to replace a dying light-weight battery powered vacuum. It arrived but the design is such that much of the weight is at the handle which made it awkward to handle and too heavy for her to handle. It is shown as "lightweight" on Amazon but, because of the design, feels heavier than one would anticipate. When trying to return it because of this design issue, I learned the Discount Jungle does not pay for shipping and charges a re-stocking fee of 15-25%. In my opinion, Amazon should make it clear on listings (1) that it is a 3rd party ventdor and (2) that the vendor has this kind of return policy. ... show more

I love this easy to use, lightweight, convenient, versatile vacuum! I bought another one for my mom, I love it so much! Perhaps the suction isn't quite as powerful as my corded vacuums, but the ease of use is well worth it!

Bought this for my church instead of the Dyson to save a little money. Should’ve went ahead and got the Dyson. Shark is a very weak vacuum. Ok for kitchen floors but that’s about it and it doesn’t even pick up everything on them

UPDATING MY REVIEW* after having the vacuum for 2 months.. also I have a chocolate lab and a cat. 1. Battery isn’t that great. It’s pretty bad especially if you pull the trigger for harder suction (which is needed often) that will drain the full battery In 10 minutes. 2. I have to remove the plastic piece underneath to unclog pet hair out of it more then I have to empty the vacuum itself. ... show more
