Such an easy to use tool and boy does it CLEAN! Make sure to really sweep or vacuum up your floors before you use it though. I had no idea how dirty my floors were until I let this thing do it’s magic. I have wood looking tile floors and this cleaned both the grout and the tile and it could not have done a better job. When I looked at purchasing this item, I saw it suggested getting the floor cleaner, so I got it, thinking it had to be used with this mop. As a heads up: you can use whatever floor cleaner you want. I use Method floor cleaner and it worked great with this steam mop. Makes your house smell amazing too and not like harsh chemicals. The other thing I love about this mop is that it doesn’t just push wet water around like other mops. The steam lifts residue and dirt and it sticks to the attatchae mop heads like glue. It’s like a high tech swiffer mop with steam. Amazing purchase.

Love this mop! It works really well and only wish the cord was longer. Bought on for my parents and they are thrilled with it too! Having a dog, it gets a lot of use in our household!

This is the second steam mop I have purchased. I love it. The first lasted a little over 5 years. Unfortunately, I didn’t use distilled water. Our water is really hard so I ruined it. It clogged the holes. This mop is light and easy to use. The pads are easy to attach and remove. Uses Velcro to secure and they stay on. You can use both sides of the mop! So once one side is dirty, turn mop and use the other side! Best part, you can launder the pads and reuse them. I like to add some essential oil on the pad to deodorize the room.

The Shark Professional Dust, Mop, & Scrub Steamer is a wonderful cleaning tool. We use it not only on hard floors, but also to freshen and sanitize rugs and carpets. It leaves all the floors feeling so clean! We like that we no longer have to pump the handle to keep the stream flowing, and that we have an option of how much steam is released. I will caution, though, that you need to make sure you are using distilled water! We tried using filtered water, but that wasn't good enough. Our steamer started dripping water and no longer produces steam. The culprit was corrosion from the water. We replaced that steamer with the same model. They have newer and probably better models out now, but we were happy with this one, plus we already had the accessories. Win win.

This is my second steam mop from Shark. I previously had the vac and steam, and when it died decided to replace it with just a steamer. I just wanted to take a second to give a tip I just discovered. This steamer at it's highest setting does not give off as much steam as older models, which is good in some ways. I have real hardwood floors, so, personally, I like having less steam. I was just cleaning my floors and the steamer started making a strange noise like it was out of water. The tank was half full, so I did some general troubleshooting and nothing seem work. When I was about to return it I took the plug to the tank out, which apparently released suction and the machine started working. So, just FYI, prolonged use seems to create a kind of vacuum in the water tank which will prevent the machine from working.

This is a great product I can not do without. After borrowing one off a friend after a party this made quick work of a huge mess left afterwards. I was so impressed I was determined to get one the same day. After shopping around I saved an easy 20 dollars buying it here. What also impressed me was the clean afterwards. I was amazed that it cleans so much better and easier than the swiffer I was using. A plus is a better clean without having to buy chemicals to achieve a better result. Delivery was amazing. I received it less than a week after ordering it. 11 days before estimated delivery date.

I love this floor steamer! It's so easy to use. You just put water in the reservoir turn it on to the strength of steam you want and your off! I did buy extra mop heads, which are very easy to put on. It's not as light as air, but it's light enough to do your walls too. We recently had some work done at our home, which caused a lot of sheetrock dust. I swept up, then I used the steamer. It cleaned the floors and walls beautifully! The room smelled so clean and fresh afterward! I would definitely recommend this steamer.

Didn't get to use this product util today, September 5, 2022, approximately one week after warranty expired. The Shark dosen't provide steam as advertised and is now worthless. I didn't give not using it immediately a second thought because I thought Shark would be a quality and reliable product. Don't be fooled by the name! Buy a different brand if your interested in a floor steamer that works.
