    • Excellent Vacuum, worth the price!
One of my favorite purchases from Amazon. I’ve been a fan of Shark products for 15+ years. This vacuum has strong suction, stays charged long enough for me to clean a 1400sq ft house and the self empty feature is a plus. Filter is easy to clean, it performs well, is easy to use, and there’s no cord to drag around behind you. ... show more

    • THIS VACUUM REALLY SUCKS...IN A GOOD WAY
This is an amazing vacuum. I absolutely love the clean and empty bin. It saves so much time and keeps the canister clean. I have to sometimes tap the sides where dust and dirt accumulate but it usually comes loose and goes into the bin. The attachments are awesome, especially the mini beater bar. I've not had an issue with it loosing battery power during normal vacuuming duties. It's easy to remove the top and add attachments for stairs, curtains and hard to reach places. ... show more

    • I like it a lot. Full size and does a good job. But the power detect is just a gimmick to sell more.
I was expecting less for the price. I was looking at the more expensive options from dyson and others, but this one looked pretty decent at the cost. Chat, I am thrilled. This thing is pretty great. But let's start with "PowerDetect"... Gimmick. I haven't used that feature once. I just crank it on high and vacuum. Just a gimmick that feels like it's taking more power to run than just using it on one setting. But aside from that, I love it. The bendy thing is weird but can be useful. The auto unload is really cool! I really dig this vacuum. ... show more

    • We finally left Dyson
Our fave features on this are #1 -the blue light that puts a spotlight on pet hair & debris so that you get a thorough clean; #2 - the home base/empty canister feature. It's so nice to dump tge contents neatly into the bin & then you can empty that later. With 3 furbabies, we can go 2 weeks before emptying the big bin & our vacuum remains clean. ... show more

Looks very clean, smelled nothing while using it, and works fine to me. Filters can be changed easily. It’s a vacuum you are going to scratch it, bump it and drop it. Worth the $150.

So my definition of excellent is open box. Something that was never used before being returned has no scuffs and is in mint condition. However that was very much not the case for this vacuum. The filter it came with was absurdly filthy and very obviously heavily used covered in dust and pet hair. The beater bar was grey from dust and dirt and had clumps of hair in it and the exterior was dusty, filthy and had random wet spots. Took me 30 minutes to clean it. Again the case was covered in mysterious wet spots and what looks like lotion? The battery was fully drained and even after fully charging it seems it's only got about 10 minutes of useful life in it. It's my suspicion that this vacuum was HEAVILY used before being returned to amazon and resold by woot. Now with that out of the way I replaced the filters (pictured below is the one that came with it and the one I replaced it with), cleaned it up and used it and it works well enough. Good suction when it works right (my guess is due to the battery being old and worn it has a tendency to slowly kill the power before ramping it up again. Extremely uneven suction due to that. So it's difficult to really judge based on that. It could also be the power detect feature but considering it gets weaker not stronger I don't think thats the case.) incredibly light and easy to use. However to reiterate, this was NOT an excellent condition vacuum. This wasn't even a good condition vacuum. Going forward I will hesitate when buying from woot again if this is what they consider excellent. ... show more
