  • Love this vacuum
Style: PowerDetect w/ AutoEmpty (Premium)
Great cordless vacuum. It’s so much easier to vacuum around the house. Easy to setup and use. Works better than other corded vacuums I’ve owned. Very versatile. Works well on stairs, hardwood as well as carpeted area. Battery life is great, I usually end up vacuuming before the battery has needed charging. I really like having the canister that I can empty after each cleaning. Noise level is mild and weight needs two hands if carrying up or down stairs. Got the vacuum on sale and it’s worth every penny. I actually enjoy and find areas to vacuum just so I can use. ... show more

  • It is worth getting it 🎉
Style: PowerDetect w/ AutoEmpty (Premium)
Best cordless stick-vacuum I've ever owned. The suction is fantastic and works great in combination with the auto detect of floor type (moving from carpet to bear floor) and dirt level senescing (providing more suction if the surface is dirtier). The one-button action/hinging to get the vacuum flat under furniture is a godsend! The only negative point is the pet-hair removal attachment is not a good design - it does not work (or even help) to clean furniture (couch, bed, etc.) surfaces or pet beds! ... show more

  • Powerful and Easy to Use
Style: PowerDetect w/ AutoEmpty (Premium)
This vacuum has been a great addition to my home. It has strong suction, picks up dust, pet hair, and dirt with ease, and is lightweight enough to move around without any hassle. The dust bin is easy to empty, and it works well on both hard floors and carpets. Overall, it’s a great value for the price, and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Terrible Vacuum
Style: PowerDetect w/ AutoEmpty (Premium)
This is the worst vacuum I have ever owned and also the most expensive. When set to the highest suction, the battery only lasts 10 minutes. TEN MINUTES! I know it’s battery powered, but for this price I expected at least 20 minutes. Ten is ridiculous. I don’t understand why stick vacuums are moving to having the debris canister and motor at the top where the handle is. It adds so much extra weight to my wrist. Added to that, the way the handle is boxed in, my wrist has to arch to hold it. I can’t let it relax and hang off the edge like with other vacuums. This leads to my wrist hurting after only a couple of minutes, and my wrist and fingers start to go numb. It’s so uncomfortable! The head of the vacuum can lock in place so that it can be more easily rolled away when you’re done vacuuming. The problem is the head of the vacuum CONSTANTLY locks while vacuuming. If I have to pull the handle just a little sideways to vacuum an odd angle, it locks, and then I have to step on the vacuum head and pull the handle to unlock it. It happens over and over while I’m vacuuming, which is super frustrating. I’ve had other vacuums with swivel heads that can also lock in place, and I have NEVER had this happen. The lowest suction setting to save on battery just seems too weak. If I turn on the auto detect mode, the vacuum seems to wildly switch from high to low suction without reason. It’s almost a sensory overload to hear it going back and forth from low to high suction so many times. I was on a clean spot on the floor, and the high suction kicked on for a few seconds. I was at a dirty area that needed more suction, and it took several seconds of me vacuuming over it before the higher suction finally kicked on. By that time, I had already vacuumed over the debris several times with the lower suction, and the higher suction was no longer needed. I would rather manually choose the suction I need than deal with that. I’m not looking for high tech bells and whistles. I just want a cordless vacuum that works well. I don’t know why they say the vacuum has edge detect. All the edges around my rooms stay dirty after vacuuming. The vacuum just won’t suck up the dirt against the edge of a wall. I imagine that’s because an upholstered (like carpet) roller is on the edge of the vacuum head, blocking suction from pulling dirt in. Instead the roller is supposed to sweep debris to the roller brush, which then sweeps the debris into the suction area. I have a cheapy generic vacuum without an upholstered roller that does a much better job. I don’t want to vacuum a room and then have to add an attachment and go back to vacuum all the edges of the room. And the battery doesn’t last long enough for me to do that anyway. I would have to wait hours for it to recharge. After my second time using the vacuum (so 20min of use), I found huge, thick chunks of pet hair hung up in the upholstered roller. It was A LOT of hair, so the roller doesn’t even do a good job at pushing pet hair to the suction area. Also after the second use, the auto empty wouldn’t work. Hair was hanging out of the flap, and lots of hair was wound up in a big ball in the canister. I lifted and lowered the vacuum on the dock several times to suck the debris out, the dock would suction, but none of the hair would come out. I had to push in the canister flap and pull the hair out. It was wound up in a tight ball and was stuck. I vacuumed a third time, and again the dock couldn’t empty the canister. Hair and dust just stuck to the filter inside the canister. I don’t understand how this vacuum is marketed as being for pet hair. Pet hair doesn’t get stuck on the brush roller, but it absolutely gets stuck on the upholstered roller and in the debris canister. Another aggravation is that the vacuum can’t stand upright on its own. Why?? Quite a few times while vacuuming, I needed to stand the vacuum up to move a chair, move a toy, etc., and I couldn’t. And it’s difficult to prop it up against furniture or a wall since it’s so top-heavy from the canister and motor being at the handle. It just wants to fall over. Absolute nothing about this vacuum seems well thought out or convenient. I have a new baby who always wants to be held. I have only been using a rechargeable stick vacuum because it’s just so much easier and quick. I need something lightweight and can’t deal with a cord. I decided I would invest in a more expensive rechargeable stick vacuum, I did my research, and I was so excited about this vacuum. It was such a letdown right at the first use. I will be returning it. ... show more

  • Great Vacuum, Too Heavy For Me Great Vacuum, Too Heavy For Me
Style: PowerDetect w/ AutoEmpty (Premium)
This is an excellent vacuum. The power and amount it pulls out of my carpet is incredible. I love the look of it and the bright lights. I love the auto empty and the fact it is always charged. It’s so strong I have to question if it’s cleaning dog hair from my rug or literally pulling out rug fibers. I had to return it for a few reasons. First is the weight. I am a physically fit young person and switching from a canister Miele to this was a huge shock. I am returning this 18lb beast for a 6lb off name. My mother who is also fit but has arthritis in her hand can NOT use this vacuum. Second, I have baseboard radiators and the size of the head does not fit under them for easy access. I could vacuum my whole house and then go back under half the walls with the hose attachment… but for the money I spent on this thing I am not doing that. Third, the side suction is good, not great. I spilled some sugar under the cabinets and while it got most, it did not get all. Lastly, for the best vacuum on vacuum wars and the price, it should come with more and better attachments. I miss my Miele hair duster attachment. Also, you give me 2 attachments and only space to hang one?! I attached image of some of the issues I mentioned. Overall I am really sad this amazing vacuum is just not going to make sense for my family. I got it on prime day for $399, which also hurts cause I hate losing a deal. ... show more

  • This is the one!
Style: PowerDetect w/ AutoEmpty (Premium)
If you have a cat or multiple cats who track litter everywhere, this IS the vacuum for you. I vacuum on a daily basis, and it's a pain to pull out the canister vacuum, unplug my cute air fresheners, reach the cord limit, plug into another outlet, and continue. This vacuum does it all. It lives up to the online hype and the comments that I read. It almost drives itself, and the intuitive propulsion is very helpful. I LOVE that it illuminates everything and was horrified when I saw how insanely dirty my hardwood floors were. Thank you, Riley Kitty. This vacuum comes with auto-detect that will sense the amount of debris you are cleaning up and will ramp up the suction power depending upon that. When you put the vacuum to charge, it has an "evacuation" system that will empty the canister into a larger canister that won't have to be emptied for a long time (depending upon the debris you pick up). The vacuum is a little heavy, but it's to be expected since you are carrying the main housing and battery around. I love this vacuum, and I feel it's well worth the $$. ... show more

  • Great Vacuum, Would definitely buy again
Style: PowerDetect w/ AutoEmpty (Premium)
I did a lot of research before buying this and glad I did. It's my first cordless and, maybe I just got lucky but I couldn't be happier with it. It has plenty of suction power. You name it and it sucks it up from cat hair to kibble, cheerios to rice. It has a sensor that "knows" when it's on carpet and automatically the vacuum increases power. Then when it gets on vinyl/smooth flooring it knows and and automatically lowers the power a bit but still easily sucks up everything without flinging it back. It also has sensors and knows when you get close to a wall and automatically increases power so it gets everything close to the wall. The other thing it has sensor(s) for is that it "knows" is when it is sucking up more dirt in a particular spot and so also speeds up to be sure it gets it all. All that speeding up when needed and then slowing down, is to save battery power without sacrificing cleaning. I've run it for about 30 minutes in that "auto" mode and still had a little bit of battery power left. You can manually set it to a constant low or high power but I've left it on the middle, automatic power detect setting and let it decide how much power to use and when to use it (or not). It does such a good job on that setting that I see no reason to change it. I suspect on a constant high setting your battery would run out of juice pretty quickly, probably in 15 minutes or so. I also find that I use the flex wand more than I thought I would. Great for getting under beds or whatever without bending over so much to do so. When you're finished vacuuming, just stick it on the docking station and the docking station sucks out the dirt from the vacuum cleaner and puts that dirt in a docking station container. When docked, it also recharges the battery. That dock station container holds a lot so you don't need to empty it very often maybe once a month or so, if that much depending on your situation. When you do need to empty the docking station container, it easily disconnects from the docking station with one hand. Take the container and hold it over garbage can, push a lever and the bottom opens up and dumps everything in garbage can. I wish it came with more attachments. Mine came with two and neither had a brush which I really would like to have. I also wish there was some onboard way to carry one or more of the attachments on the vacuum itself. I knew these things weren't including when I bought it so no stars off. ... show more
