I thought I was buying the same model that I've had for many years, but I should've read description better. It seems to be a cheaper model. It is lightweight, but that makes me nervous that it won't be as durable. It does have great suction and maneuverablilty and it's super easy to empty. I had a shark for six years before upgrading to this one. I loved the ease of use, it's lightweight, it gets into corners, the pop off piece for doing the stairs is awesome. But I got it in March and yesterday when I rolled it across the living room and put it in the upright position to plug it in, it completely broke in half at the pivot point. The seller is refusing to help me, so beware of buying refurbished goods from this seller, apparently they're not doing very good refurbishments or standing by them. ... show more

Gift for my daughter. Great suction. This model is refurbished and came with an extended warranty. Shark is a great vacuum. My problem is that the suction hose that attached to the unit is held on by a piece of plastic with a clip. Because the clip broke you have to hold the hose with your hand to the unit.I had no idea it was such a poor design. Paid good money ! So now I have to deal with the manufacturer. Not pleased at all.
