There are absolutely no local stores who carry this product which is super frustrating when you need to replace your vacuum belt, especially when you have little babies crawling on your floors. We have authorized Shark sellers in the area, but apparently that does not extend to stocking the replacement parts. The product itself works as it should and fixed the horrible sound emitting from our Vacuum. The review does loose stars just because of how frustrating it is to find a replacement piece. If you have authorized dealers, they should be stocking the parts to go with what they sell. I don't want to wait 3-5 days to fix my vacuum, I want it fixed relatively quick. ... show more
