Awesome vacuum
Excellent vacuum. Suction is strong, easy to assemble, amazing value for the money. Would highly recommend!

Does it’s job
Our allergist suggested a vacuum with a hepa filter. This one is great and does the job well. It is a little heavy/awkward in maneuverability. But still works well enough.

Amazing Performance! Amazon Renewed Is Crazy Good!
We had a Shark Navigator for maybe 8 years. We thought it still worked great but we gave it to our kid who just moved out. We got this as an Amazon Renewed which seems to mean someone returned it without using it. It came in a new box and I had it put together in 5 minutes. The lack of original packaging made it really nice and easy to assemble quickly. The whole thing was spotless clean. This thing is like a tornado compared to the old Shark. It picked up so much cat hair we couldn't even see in our relatively new carpet. Well worth the money!

Great vacuum
This vacuum has a lot of power and cleans the dog hair very well from carpet, upholstery and hard floors.

Renewed But just like NEW
We bought the renewed shark and so far so good it looks and runs just like brand new and we saved $75 buying it as (Renewed) I was skeptical at first because I’ve had bad experiences buying (renewed) but no complaints as far as the quality and functionality of this vacuum. However it was advertised to come with the upholstery tool and i did not receive the upholstery tool with it. I would like to order and I would like to order a pet hair brush for it but I seem to be having trouble finding information about what’s compatible with the CU50 model number.

Ordered two, sent back two
I purchased one for me and a friend. Easy assembled. I started to use it (suction was great) but the handled was previously broken and fell apart right in my hand. So, I opened my friends and put hers together and in the back, the long pole would not click in its place. I even tried to use both parts to complete 1 sweeper and it was impossible. So, I am sending both back, and scared to reorder.

Short cord
I bought this because Shark does not sell the rubber gaskets for the dirt cup. A replacement dirt cup for my other liftaway was $60. I bought this for $100. It has a larger capacity than my other one. The big drawback is the cord is too short for me to vacuum my small house. My other one could reach all my rooms if I plugged it into the hallway. This one will not.
