It’s my secret 🤫
I will let you in on my secret 🤫 . We have several Great Pyrenees dogs. Which means TONS of dog hair and muddy paw prints 🐾 ! Whenever we have guest who come over, they always ask us “how can you have so many large dogs and I don’t see dog hair or paw prints?” My secret is this… I currently have two shark robot vacuum cleaners. One (purchased it refurbished) just vacuums with a 30 day storage tank. I have had that one now going on 5 years with no problems. But it is slowly dying. I purchased this one (also refurbished). And I got it for less than a price of an upright vacuum cleaner 🤯 . I also purchased an extended warranty for three years (ALWAYS buy extended warranties when you buy refurbished). So if there is any issues, it can be returned and replaced with a new one. Refurbished is always the best way to go in my opinion. I get it cheaper than brand new. And for a very inexpensive ad on, I always purchased the extended warranty. So if it does have problems, it is no problem. I get a new one. I wanted one that can mop the dog paw prints on my floors. I give it four stars because you have to fill the small tank on the vacuum cleaner itself. It is not one of the larger shark vacuum/mop cleaners with a tank as a reservoir. That is why I give it 4.5 stars instead of five. Because you have to fill that small tank that is attached to the vacuum cleaner itself. But with that in mind. I love this vacuum cleaner! Pros- It sweeps wonderfully and gets most of the dog hair. And it does a fantastic job mopping. It actually can sense the muddy paw prints and any spills new and or old on our kitchen floor. My husband is rather clumsy, sometimes when carrying his cup of coffee. And often times I will see coffee spills That have already dried because he doesn’t realize he spills his coffee. It is not loud. Definitely quieter than an upright vacuum cleaner. It is programmable so you can set it to sweep at certain times (remember I have two of the shark robot vacuum cleaners. So I program one to sweep in the morning and one to sweep in the evening time, DAILY). If you use the app for the shark robot vacuum. You can program areas you do not want the vacuum to mop. Such as rugs. You can also program no go zones. If you do not want your shark robot vacuum cleaner to clean in certain areas. The shark robot vacuum/mop has a 30 day reservoir for self emptying of the dirt. Cons- it has a small tank that you have to fill that attaches to the robot vacuum cleaner itself for mopping. You cannot program it to mop only on certain days or times. You can only program it to vacuum at certain days and times. You must manually go into the app and hit the mop button and the room you want it to go into to mop. If the mop pad is on, it has trouble docking. Because the mop pad does raise it a little higher, so it does not hit the census correctly. Therefore, you must take the mop pad off before you dock it. To me that is not really a problem or issue because I don’t like to leave a wet mop pad sitting in the dock area anyways. When my old shark vacuum cleaner does die. I will definitely purchase another refurbished one. Refurbished is the way to go. Why pay full price when you can get one that is certified for less than an upright vacuum cleaner 👍😁👍. Purchase the extended warranty so if you do have problems with the refurbished vacuum cleaner. It is easily replaced With a new one or new parts will be sent to you.

Not worth the headache broke easily
It may just be mine, but this vacuum sucks. literally. Within 3 months it has failed to many times to count, the mop system is of very poor quality. When it does work it is not bad, but when it does not, it fails to do anything. Within a month thew dust bin broke, and refuses to stay clipped in. I had to rig it with a 3D printed clip, which still didn't work. The mop reservoir also sucks. Around this time, the mop reservoir seals broke, and started leaking. The mop also had its clips break, which means it would not stay in place. The connection of the app also doesn't help this as it consistently disconnects from the internet and the app. The app also does not tell me where the vacuum is, nor does it tell me the work it has done. When it does which is after it has finished, it says it did everything, but this is BS. Do not buy this, it is not worth the headache.

As an incomplete quadriplegic, vacuuming is incredibly difficult for me. I'm in a three story row home. So three stories of vacuuming...with a very long haired hairy service dog to help me through my daily life. And he's nearly retirement age, so I'm about to have two when the one taking over for him comes. My wheelchairs pick up everything. And it's not like you can exactly "take your shoes off" as a wheelchair user. Between me and the dog, daily battle to keep laminate and hardwood floors from being a disaster! So I got this little helper. And OMG, she's my new bestie!! She mops actively, not just dragging the wet pad behind her like the others. Her dustbin is large enough to finish one floor before she's got to empty. The mapping is insanely good compared to the one I got in 2024. My only b*tch about it is no multi-flooe mapping like some of the other ones have. So I have to pack her and the base, two trips, in my backpack to get her between floors and then delete the map from the floor she was on and send her on a new mapping quest for each floor each day. But I'd rather that than wear myself out every day trying to do the same thing she does. I see patients remotely, so I just have her clean one level and move her to another between patients every day. No problem with battery life, she's never once tangled even with shed dog hair that's close to a foot long, and she's only knocked down one very precariously place forearm crutch. The bin is bagless, thank goodness! It does sound like a small jet firing up on a carrier deck, but that's less than 15 seconds. Oh, and the first few times she empties there's a kind of chemical/plastic smell but then it starts to dissipate to nothing after a few times. We're actually going to get one for each floor, just haven't gotten around to it just yet. Definitely recommend.

Perfect for my needs!
I was skeptical purchasing a refurbished robot. The reviews scared me. I went for it anyways as I have always wanted to try out a robot vacuum and mop, but didn’t want to spend upwards of 300+$. Arrived in a brown box repacked but all parts replaced with new parts. Machine had a couple of scuffs but looked practically brand new. I plugged it into the wall and you will have to download a manual. Followed the instructions to get it on its dock and it started charging. 3 hours later was ready to map the house. Do have to download app and ask it to remap. Remapped house in 15 mins and map was perfect. This thing doesn’t nitty gritty clean ur floors but if you want something to use in between ur normally weekly cleans this would be perfect for you. It is no where close to the loudness of a vacuum. Would recommend this to anyone.

Lifesaver.
Easy to setup, clean modern look, the vacuum works great, the mapping is acceptable, seems to resist getting stuck well, despite what another review mentioned, it does come with the self emptying dust bin. I’m not incredibly impressed with the mop function because the reservoir could be bigger, and I’d prefer a more aggressive scrub. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.

Refurbished Excellent Should Not Mean Wet, Defective, and Smelling Like It’s Burning
I purchased this Shark robot vacuum in Refurbished Excellent condition. The unit looked relatively good cosmetically, but that was where the "excellent" condition ended. When I began using it, I discovered that there was already water inside the unit. It discharged a significant amount of water onto my floor, continued leaking, and did not function properly. Even more concerning, during the self emptying cycle there was a noticeable burning smell. I stopped using it because I was concerned about continuing to operate an electrical appliance that was leaking water and producing a burning odor. Amazon Renewed describes these products as inspected, tested, cleaned, and refurbished as necessary to be fully functional. Based on the condition and behavior of the unit I received, I do not understand how this particular vacuum could have passed that level of inspection and testing. A refurbished product may show some cosmetic wear, and I was prepared for that. I was not prepared for a vacuum containing water, leaking during operation, malfunctioning, and producing a burning smell. My experience with this unit was unacceptable, and I would not recommend purchasing it in refurbished condition based on what I received.

Great first robot vacuum! It will change your life!
I've wanted a robot vacuum for a long time, but wasn't ready to make the investment and didn't want to get a cheap one just to have it. I found this one refurbished, so I went for it. It has *changed my life.* Clean floors make the whole place feel cleaner, but it's one of my least favorite cleaning tasks -- now I clean my floors twice a week, and my home has honestly never felt cleaner. It vacuums better than it mops, in my opinion, and it's certainly not designed for huge spills or tough dirt, but it manages long hair and cat fur very well. It has three power settings for the vacuum. The highest is definitely loud, but still a lot quieter than my regular vacuum. On its lowest setting, I occasionally have to check and make sure it's still running because it's so quiet. I had never used a robot vacuum before, so I had a lot to learn and get used to with this one. The map it makes looks weird in the app, but you can trust that the vacuum knows what its doing. If you watch it while it's working, you'll think it's broken because it looks like it misses dirt and then moves to a different part of the room -- but again, just trust it to get the job done, because it will. I might have missed some instructional material from the packaging because it was refurbished, so it took me a while to figure out how to set it up properly and how to use it right -- I didn't realize you have to take the mop pad off if you want it to only vacuum, for example. I had to look up quite a bit but now I feel confident in it. The on-board dirt bin is pretty small. It always has to go empty the bin when it's about 80% done with my one-bedroom apartment. I don't really mind that, but I do wish the app would tell you what it's doing instead of just "returning to dock." That was very confusing the first couple of times because I thought it was ending the cleaning cycle with one room left to go. Luckily it comes back out and starts right where it left off after it empties the bin. Likewise, the mop liquid container is small, and I have to refill it mid-mop. Again, I wish it were more communicative about what's happening, but the small containers don't make me drop the rating. Overall: This is great if you want a robot vacuum with a deep discount. You won't regret the purchase, especially at this price.

Not worth the money
When it works it really works. I really can't wait to get another vacuum. The most important thing to me in getting this one was the self emptying I had a eufy before and it was annoying to deal with every other day. I have 4 dogs I know there's a lot of hair. The hair gets stuck on the small teeth at the entrance wheen it self empties it doesn't get all the hair. I end up still cleaning it out every other day. I also never use the moping feature either it doesn't get the whole house on one fill up and trust me I do not have a big house. I feel like the amount of time it takes me to pull out the vacuum and attach the mop feature, fill the reservoir up, and put it back to clean I could have already had one or 2 rooms done. My old eufy also had 2 cleaning brushes and I can really see the difference. I won't buy again im Farley disappointed
