I will let you in on my secret 🤫 . We have several Great Pyrenees dogs. Which means TONS of dog hair and muddy paw prints 🐾 ! Whenever we have guest who come over, they always ask us “how can you have so many large dogs and I don’t see dog hair or paw prints?” My secret is this… I currently have two shark robot vacuum cleaners. One (purchased it refurbished) just vacuums with a 30 day storage tank. I have had that one now going on 5 years with no problems. But it is slowly dying. I purchased this one (also refurbished). And I got it for less than a price of an upright vacuum cleaner 🤯 . I also purchased an extended warranty for three years (ALWAYS buy extended warranties when you buy refurbished). So if there is any issues, it can be returned and replaced with a new one. Refurbished is always the best way to go in my opinion. I get it cheaper than brand new. And for a very inexpensive ad on, I always purchased the extended warranty. So if it does have problems, it is no problem. I get a new one. I wanted one that can mop the dog paw prints on my floors. I give it four stars because you have to fill the small tank on the vacuum cleaner itself. It is not one of the larger shark vacuum/mop cleaners with a tank as a reservoir. That is why I give it 4.5 stars instead of five. Because you have to fill that small tank that is attached to the vacuum cleaner itself. But with that in mind. I love this vacuum cleaner! Pros- It sweeps wonderfully and gets most of the dog hair. And it does a fantastic job mopping. It actually can sense the muddy paw prints and any spills new and or old on our kitchen floor. My husband is rather clumsy, sometimes when carrying his cup of coffee. And often times I will see coffee spills That have already dried because he doesn’t realize he spills his coffee. It is not loud. Definitely quieter than an upright vacuum cleaner. It is programmable so you can set it to sweep at certain times (remember I have two of the shark robot vacuum cleaners. So I program one to sweep in the morning and one to sweep in the evening time, DAILY). If you use the app for the shark robot vacuum. You can program areas you do not want the vacuum to mop. Such as rugs. You can also program no go zones. If you do not want your shark robot vacuum cleaner to clean in certain areas. The shark robot vacuum/mop has a 30 day reservoir for self emptying of the dirt. Cons- it has a small tank that you have to fill that attaches to the robot vacuum cleaner itself for mopping. You cannot program it to mop only on certain days or times. You can only program it to vacuum at certain days and times. You must manually go into the app and hit the mop button and the room you want it to go into to mop. If the mop pad is on, it has trouble docking. Because the mop pad does raise it a little higher, so it does not hit the census correctly. Therefore, you must take the mop pad off before you dock it. To me that is not really a problem or issue because I don’t like to leave a wet mop pad sitting in the dock area anyways. When my old shark vacuum cleaner does die. I will definitely purchase another refurbished one. Refurbished is the way to go. Why pay full price when you can get one that is certified for less than an upright vacuum cleaner 👍😁👍. Purchase the extended warranty so if you do have problems with the refurbished vacuum cleaner. It is easily replaced With a new one or new parts will be sent to you.

I just got this. Not even a week old and it gets stuck mopping. I have tried 3 different robos and they all have been failing. I truly was impressed with what the shark can do and when it worked it was awesome. But mopping won't work, also makes weird noises when mopping. I thought it was a good deal, I can't get a replacement need to contact customer service which Amazon did for me and they have 48 hours to respond. We will see. I love my shark vacuum cleaner that is why after my other robo stopped mopping I debated this renewed product. All I want is a replacement that works. In today's world money can't be thrown away. I am writing this so people can beware our money is valuable and the companies that sell these products are making a buck instead of making a product and putting quality in there values and products selling to the customer. Called trust and relationship. I hope the customer service reaches out, and sends me a workable replacement.

I was skeptical purchasing a refurbished robot. The reviews scared me. I went for it anyways as I have always wanted to try out a robot vacuum and mop, but didn’t want to spend upwards of 300+$. Arrived in a brown box repacked but all parts replaced with new parts. Machine had a couple of scuffs but looked practically brand new. I plugged it into the wall and you will have to download a manual. Followed the instructions to get it on its dock and it started charging. 3 hours later was ready to map the house. Do have to download app and ask it to remap. Remapped house in 15 mins and map was perfect. This thing doesn’t nitty gritty clean ur floors but if you want something to use in between ur normally weekly cleans this would be perfect for you. It is no where close to the loudness of a vacuum. Would recommend this to anyone.

I absolutely love this Shark Matrix Plus 2-in-1! Having a robot that can both vacuum and mop has made keeping up with everyday messes so much easier. The home mapping works really well, and I love that it can navigate around the house without me constantly having to move things out of the way. The vacuum does a great job picking up everyday dirt, crumbs, and hair, and the Sonic Mop feature is a great bonus for keeping hard floors looking fresh. The self-emptying feature is probably my favorite part because I don't have to constantly empty the dust bin after every cleaning. I also really appreciate the HEPA bagless design, especially compared with systems that require constantly buying replacement bags. Overall, it's a convenient, smart, and genuinely useful robot vacuum/mop that has quickly become one of my favorite household appliances. Definitely worth the 5 stars!

We got one of these and it worked well... so we got another for a different part of the house, as we have two floors. It is not quite as good as a manual vacuum, but we can send it on its way and 'no fus, no muss'.

It may just be mine, but this vacuum sucks. literally. Within 3 months it has failed to many times to count, the mop system is of very poor quality. When it does work it is not bad, but when it does not, it fails to do anything. Within a month thew dust bin broke, and refuses to stay clipped in. I had to rig it with a 3D printed clip, which still didn't work. The mop reservoir also sucks. Around this time, the mop reservoir seals broke, and started leaking. The mop also had its clips break, which means it would not stay in place. The connection of the app also doesn't help this as it consistently disconnects from the internet and the app. The app also does not tell me where the vacuum is, nor does it tell me the work it has done. When it does which is after it has finished, it says it did everything, but this is BS. Do not buy this, it is not worth the headache.

I've wanted a robot vacuum for a long time, but wasn't ready to make the investment and didn't want to get a cheap one just to have it. I found this one refurbished, so I went for it. It has *changed my life.* Clean floors make the whole place feel cleaner, but it's one of my least favorite cleaning tasks -- now I clean my floors twice a week, and my home has honestly never felt cleaner. It vacuums better than it mops, in my opinion, and it's certainly not designed for huge spills or tough dirt, but it manages long hair and cat fur very well. It has three power settings for the vacuum. The highest is definitely loud, but still a lot quieter than my regular vacuum. On its lowest setting, I occasionally have to check and make sure it's still running because it's so quiet. I had never used a robot vacuum before, so I had a lot to learn and get used to with this one. The map it makes looks weird in the app, but you can trust that the vacuum knows what its doing. If you watch it while it's working, you'll think it's broken because it looks like it misses dirt and then moves to a different part of the room -- but again, just trust it to get the job done, because it will. I might have missed some instructional material from the packaging because it was refurbished, so it took me a while to figure out how to set it up properly and how to use it right -- I didn't realize you have to take the mop pad off if you want it to only vacuum, for example. I had to look up quite a bit but now I feel confident in it. The on-board dirt bin is pretty small. It always has to go empty the bin when it's about 80% done with my one-bedroom apartment. I don't really mind that, but I do wish the app would tell you what it's doing instead of just "returning to dock." That was very confusing the first couple of times because I thought it was ending the cleaning cycle with one room left to go. Luckily it comes back out and starts right where it left off after it empties the bin. Likewise, the mop liquid container is small, and I have to refill it mid-mop. Again, I wish it were more communicative about what's happening, but the small containers don't make me drop the rating. Overall: This is great if you want a robot vacuum with a deep discount. You won't regret the purchase, especially at this price.

Disappointed. My base model Eufy that bounces off everything and doesn't map does a WAY better job at cleaning than this. I do like the mapping in general, though it took a lot of tweaking to get the no-go zones correct. It refuses to go under the lip of my kitchen cabinets even though there is clearance, and it tends to stay about an inch away from walls. High suction doesn't seem to be any different than the normal suction as it still leaves kitty litter all over. It's double the noise level of the Eufy. The mop function is an absolute joke. It only wets the very edge of the mop pad, and the mop pad just bounces up and down so it's not actually doing much of anything. I thought I could rely on shark since it's always been a great brand for me, but I honestly wish I had just bought a second basic Eufy instead.
