We have several dogs that shed A LOT, and stained concrete flooring. This is the best vacuum you've ever had for picking up find dust and dog hair without a good amount of debris flying out the back of the roller. The smaller roller in front of the main ruler does a really good job of picking everything up and tossing it into the main roller preventing anything from escaping. The capacity is fantastic and suction power is constant whether the vacuum container is empty or packed full of dog hair. The modular lift away system is super handy for quickly cleaning up around the perimeters of the room and corners where are the majority of dust and hair tends to collect. It’s easy to maneuver and has a lot of suction. It picks up SO much. And it’s pretty lightweight. Value was good at $140 during Black Friday deals. I had to send back the first one. It had a crack in the hose. Now I may have to call and order a new hose for this one bc it’s not sealing at the clip correctly. It’s been kinda a pain. I love shark brand. It’s what I’ve used for 15+ years. We had a dyson cordless for years, and swapped to corded standup with shark. The larger dust bin, better suction, and the fact that the bottom easily comes off to have just the canister to vacuum the stairs has been amazing.
