    • The best vacuum I’ve ever owned
This vacuum has addressed every single pain point I’ve had about vacuuming for 35 years, for a surprisingly low amount of money, in one fell swoop. If I wasn’t married, I might propose to it. I want to send the team that designed it a bouquet of roses and a giant stuffed teddy bear. I just can’t praise how well it’s designed. It’s super light, and extremely maneuverable, which means no switching between the upright and hand vac when I have to do the stairs. My old Bissel was a good vacuum, but weighed a ton. My hand vac had maybe a 15 minute run time and I had to get down on my knees. I can swing this one around really easily, even with kind of a bad back, and don’t need to get down on the floor to do the stairs. Vacuuming the stairs was my most hated chore, and now it takes 10 minutes and is pretty painless. This one Is so light that I was worried it wouldn’t pick anything up. I shouldn’t have doubted it. This thing has such strong suction it pulls itself across my carpet. It is able to deal with the worst messes from my cracker-obsessed child. And despite having stronger suction than the Bissel, it’s MUCH quieter. Not whisper quiet, but definitely quieter. Here’s a huge selling point: every pass of the house, I had to literally cut my husband’s long, thick, knife-proof hair out of my old vacuum’s rollers. Despite being a “pet” vacuum, hair clogged it horribly. This one - not a strand in the rollers, but it’s also not on the floor any more. No more disgusting, frustrating, time-consuming roller cleaning! The canister is a bit small, but it’s also super easy to empty. Just pop it off & dump it out. Storage is GREAT - my old vacuum took up a ton of space and was heavy, and my kid is terrified of it, so storage was tough and annoying. This one is light enough to hang on the wall with my mops and brooms, or tuck into a linen closet or even just the corner. And it doesn’t “look vacuumy” to my kid, so she’s not scared if it’s in the room. Run time is fine. I haven’t timed it, but my house is 2 floors with 2 long flights of stairs, and I can get the whole thing done on one charge. Anyway, I hemmed and hawed for a while? “Do I REALLY need a new vacuum”? I NEEDED THIS IN MY LIFE. Huge quality of life improvement. Worth every penny. ... show more

Great vaccuum at first. Clearly a better cheaper alternative to other options out there. BUT…I’ve had it 5 months and the battery requires three charges to make it through my 1 bed apartment. It’s terrible. It used to be able to do the whole apartment 3 times with no charge and now the battery is totally shot. Any positive review that is a recent purchaser and hasn’t had the product for several months is in a for a surprise. The batter is not detachable either so can’t get a new battery ... show more
