This product is amazing! I have 4 dogs and I vacuum and mop everyday this cuts my work in half! It picks up the dog hair plus dust off the floor and mops it at the same time! You can see the dirty water my house is about 5000 square feet it will do all the downstairs before it dies but it charges fast and I also have a bird room and it picks up everything in there! This is great! I needed this in my life and didn’t realize it. I have three dogs and this makes cleaning up after them a breeze. It’s a lot quieter and not as powerful sounding as I was expecting but it works well. The floors dry quickly too. You have to empty the take every time you use it or it will drip out onto the tray you store it on. I also take the water holding tank off every time so the water doesn’t leak out in between uses. I have a small house at just under 1000sq/ft with three large area rugs and I can mop the whole house plus use this on one of those rugs with one charge. Probably close to twice between charges. I’ve really enjoyed this and it’s convenient for when my dogs come in from the back and bring in mud. I do not use this as a vacuum and only strictly as a mop because like I said, I have 3 dogs and I’m not trying to deal with the wet hair when I empty this. I do leave the dirty tank open when not in use so that it doesn’t start to smell. It’s super light weight and easy to move around.

I purchased this item from Amazon and it was delivered in two days. I immediately took it out of the box thinking I would have to put it together, but all I had to do was just snap the handle into the actual machine. I used it this morning to clean all my downstairs floors. All my floors are wood or tile. I was very very impressed with this machine! I like that it tells you if you run out of clean solution or if your waist bin is full, while you’re working. It leaves the floors, barely wet and they dry very quickly. I find the feature of plugging in the machine into its dock and pressing the power button for it to clean the machine very nice!. I think that’s very helpful and it makes me feel better about reusing the roller pad. When I first started using it, I heard a scraping sound. I looked at the bottom and realized that was the squeegee. It did not mark my floors it’s made of rubber I believe, so it is safe for your floors. So far I’m very impressed and I’m looking forward to using it more. And my floors this morning have never been this clean! The price was just right! Oh, and another thing I love that you can switch to carpet mode and clean your floor mats while you are cleaning your floors. Shark really did a great job with this vac mop! I started this review the day after I got the machine. Then I thought I would wait and use it for a while and write the rest of the review. Well, my opinion has not changed! This is the best wet vac I have ever owned. It is worth every penny you pay for it! My floors are so clean and the feature that cleans the machine and the roller after you use it works tremendous! I would definitely suggest buying this machine is the best invention since the mop and broom!

Every time it rains the wind blows the rain into our back covered deck. For years I have used a huge shop vac and recently a dewalt 20v wet dry vac to suck up the water. But these machines are either to Big or just to cumbersome... I thought, somebody has to make a rechargable stick wet/dry vac..mop.... I love Shark, I have the big upright, the stick, even the robot. Love them all. When I saw this wet dry vac mop I thought it would be perfect.... NOPE...NOT AT ALL. Got it yesterday and I wanted to test it. So in our kitchen I poured about 4 oz of water on our bamboo kitchen floor. Fired up the vac and it ran for maybe 3-5 seconds and then shut off... it did "suck up the water"..... But here's the problem (WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW) .... This thing requires you to fill the clean water tank and it must ALWAYS be spraying water for it to "suck" for any length of time. Which means if you have a water spill and want to suck it up, or have rain water you need to suck up, forget it. Also, the dirty water tank looks decent size in the pic, and it is in reality. But it only allows you to use about 2-3 inches of the tanks volume.. why???? Full line is maybe 8 oz... So as far as being a Wet/Dry Vac... that is a lie...being a mop (which literally soaks up water) it is not...... I also have a Rug Dr. Even it will suck without having to continuously spray........ This is a fail...... Now if all you want to do is clean up "liquid-ish messes" I am sure it is great. For small ones. And if that is what you are looking for, then buy this. But if you want to remove unwanted water (rainwater) stay away.
