I saw this and grabbed it before I did a lot reading and research. I was thinking it would be like traditional shampooers. On board tank with cleaner and water another tank for the dirty water etc. This is very different it really is more like a shop vac in a smaller more household friendly format. The power is amazing. Very easy to use. But for portability it's a great size for use in a car on a couch etc. Couldn't ask for a faster way to handle small stains and dry messes. Pop the cartridge on the sprayer saturate the area let it sit suction it out. Repeat. Most portables require you to move extremely slow to pull up liquids. This pulls fluids with the speed of a full size unit. The cartridges are pricy and for the price I'd like to have seen a powered/rotating scrub brush. Cleaning up the unit is easy you can just pull fresh clean water from a container. The recovery tank area can get kind of messy using a bag or similar helps. This really is a 3 in 1 solution and provides a lot of functionality with minimal work or stress. ... show more

Very strong suction. Easy to clean out. A variety of nozzles come with this vac. Compact and light weight. A trial cleaning system is included and I’ll have to see how that works as I clean up some of my cat's messes. Well thought ot cleaning system. I highly recommend, especially if you have pets.

If you don’t already have this, you need to get it! I absolutely love it. It’s one of the best values for the money, and the performance is amazing. It picks up everything, from pet hair to dry messes with ease. The cord is super long, which makes cleaning much more convenient. Plus, it’s adorable! My only wish is that it were cordless. I bought this for our screened-in porch to help manage pollen and dirt. It’s not as powerful as a full size shop vac, of course, but it’s more than adequate to vacuum off the porch furniture, the rug, and do a decent job on the concrete floor with a separately ordered extension and floor attachment. I love the compact design; it’s lightweight to carry and the noise level is not bad at all. I have not used it yet for wet spills, but I like having the option of using a bag insert for dry vacuuming. Makes cleanup of the product pretty easy. Definitively recommend! ... show more

As someone with kids this is possibly the best purchase I’ve ever made. Quality of Shark but in the form of a wet/dry vacuum. Bought this specifically to clean my car after a road trip and week long beach stay. Being able to use any bag in this is super convenient because it fits almost anything so you don’t have to buy special ones, I literally used a plastic target bag. The cord was long enough in my opinion, and it is super light and easy to carry around as needed and small enough to store easily. The vacuum and all attachments feel sturdy and high quality, minimal assembly and straight forward directions. This never lost suction and literally vacuums anything up like pretzels, plastic spoons, whole Cheetos puffs, stickers, dog hair? (I don’t even have a dog), dried applesauce, crayons and half the sand from Destin-no seriously a bucket of sand got dumped out in my car. If you have kids or pets or are just a person in general you need this and if you’re a first time parent put this on your registry. ... show more

If you are on the fence on buying this product, jump on the side where you buy it! This unit packs a punch and has some serious dirt-lifting and cleaning power. I am super impressed by the ease of use, cleanup, and versatility that it offers. I've used it on my vehicle to lift some old seat stains with shocking success as well as my dog's bed.
