Quiet and powerful. Best vacuum I've owned. Take your current cache out for a spin on the carpet. Then go over it again and watch how much more this Shark picks up. Easily maneuvers and the fact that the power part of the vac comes off is awesome to get under any furniture, beds, tables or whatever that any other vac could never do. Great vac. Not nearly as loud as others I've had yet really does a great job getting dirt and pet hair out of carpets. Look on YouTube and watch videos of comparisons to other vacuums and see how often this one comes out on top. ... show more

    • What can I say.. Shark Vacuums are Awesome!
This is our 5th Shark Vacuum, and the nicest one because of the actual sponge type hardwood roller that catches dog hair very well. I couldn’t get myself to buy one brand new so we got a renewed one and bought the 4 year warranty. Really like it . Only con is it’s a bit heavy but I love the front light 💡 and the 3 switches for hardwood floors/ shag type carpet and then area rugs . Also the canister removes as with my other vacuums . Love seeing the disgusting this sucker picks up and easy peasy empties from the canister Win 🥇 Win ... show more

I swear on my life that this vacuum came to me brand new. No scratches, the tag that is tapped around the cord is brand spanking new. I can't find any signs of the shell being used. This vacuum has the best suction.....you can even get everything up against the baseboards. If you're looking for a great vacuum at a wicked great price....then look no further. I was blown away by performance. I’ve been using an expensive stick vacuum and was stunned by how much more this picks up. Reviews say it’s nearly unclogable, and while I haven’t tested that, it’s pulled a ton out of the carpet and brushes look pristine.     • Still the best vacuum I’ve ever owned
I bought my first shark navigator 12 years ago. It was still ready with the same filters it came with. As long as you maintain and keep them clean, that’s how long they worked. When the hose broke beyond repair I went searching for a replacement. I found this one. So far it works as well or better than the original one. I do love the duel brushes. The first one does an excellent job, picking up fine dust in the second one is the no hair wrap, which I absolutely love. I am. The only negative thing I can say would be the price even though it is cheaper than the Dyson it’s still a lot for someone on a fixed income.     • This Shark Does It All.
The Shark Apex ran and looked like new. If it was reconditioned it surely fooled us. It worked on a Shag throw rug that was always difficult to vacuum. It really gave a deep cleaning and worked just as well on our hard wood floors. Needless to say we are very pleased with this purchase.

    • Roller motor bad in 5 months
Shark warranty says the entire base is a wear and tear item, and the warranty is only for the main suction motor. The entire base with two rollers and suction part is all not covered on warranty, and I asked where it is described and the answer is its in the " Etc. ". They listed filter as a wear, which everyone realizes, and left the main part of the unit itself. And this product is now not active, so cant even return to amazon. ... show more
