I had one of these several years ago and loved it. When I got this yesterday I plugged it in as soon as I got it assembled. The assembly was fast and easy. I ran it on our area rug under the dining table last night. We don't eat there so it doesn't really get dirty. This morning I started using it on the area rug in the family room and decided to quit after a few seconds to see if it was even getting anything. So I slide the tray out and bingo, that thing was full of dust and dog hair and just stuff. I was really surprised, because those rugs get vacuumed with the regular vacuum regularly, I just don't like dragging the thing out , so I got this. So, totally happy. So glad I found this! Haven't been able to track down a replacement locally so I searched on here. Thankfully found one! This is the perfect cordless vacuum for people with mostly hardwood floors! It picks up like a gem! And even works well on the few carpets/rugs in our home. Charges quickly and is easy/small enough to store out of the way when Not in use. Not loud or obnoxious. Portable and lightweight- my mom is a server and even brings hers to work from home to help clean her floors at the end of the night. I love this vacuum and it's the second one I've gotten. I got the first one a couple of years ago until the rod/handle broke. It's a great vacuum for in between. I use it on tile and wood and sometimes on rugs and carpet. It gets the carpet cleaned for the power that it uses. What I don't like is that it won't suck up dust bunnies or fuzz on tile. It actually gets pushed away when you try to go over it. That being said, I'll definitely buy another one. What it doesn't catch, a Swiffer soft pad will get it. It won't get the corners but no true vacuum does like a broom. ... show more

Used this product for my houekeeping bussiness! Bought one from Wal-Mart and the handle broke.So i bought another one from Amazon and the same problem acurried.It's a very handy tool and works well but it's useless when the handle is broken off. I'm very lost without it and have to work harder without it.I only had it for 2 days before it broke.Trying to contact someone on the phone seems to be impossible.Very disappointed and afraid to order another. I work at a really small City Hall. Two person run city. We clean the place ourselves. This thing works really well for a quick cleaning up of the floors! It's not best with suction, but works for what we need it for. There's alot of dirt and mud clumps tracked into our building by builders and contractors. And the metal building creates so much dust!!! This is much better at picking up the dust bunnies than using a broom for sure 👌 ... show more

This is our second one. Battery died on first one after about a year or so. Cost of battery almost as much as new sweeper. Use it everyday for general use, and cleanup of excess cat litter and food (5 cats). Woks well on tile, hardwood, and tight knit rugs. Light and easy to use.

Work good while you have it. I've bought at least 3 of them in the past 6 or 7 years. If you don't mind spending $75(+) (it does go up in price every few years) every 2 years on a cordless carpet sweeper. That comes out to $6.25(+) per month, as long as you want to keep replacing them. Then this is for you. ... show more
