Had another GT Racing chair and the seat cushion was too thin. My butt would start to hurt after a few hours. This new chair doesn't have any cringe logos and the cushion is very comfortable/thick. Definitely an upgrade. For some reason the screws were missing when the box arrived, but I think it had fallen out because the box was somewhat damaged on arrival. I ordered off Amazon the same size replacement screws and it worked out okay. Giving 5 stars for comfort/price. edit: 4 months later and im so glad I got this chair. The seat is very uncomfortable after a few hours of use. The head pillow sits way to low. The armrest is splitting after 5 months of use. Everything else is decent. If it wasn't for the chair being uncomfortable and falling apart I would recommend this chair, but I can't and don't.
