Shipping got split so it arrived a little later than expected but not the fault of Renanim at all. Bed is of the highest quality and everything functions as it should out of the box. Setup is easy and doesn't require any tools other than something to cut the zip ties with that hold some of the cables. Like the fact you can adjust the height with the legs provided. Love the convenience of the underbed lighting and USB ports and the handy little pocket for the remote control on the frame. Movement is relatively quiet and quick. Mattresses were super comfortable and with the right amount of firmness while providing support. Would buy again, just hope I don't need to for years to come :)

Had my bed for six months now. I love it, but my husband still likes his recliner better. We are 69 yrs and 74 yrs old. We wanted the bed to help us with getting back support. Again I love the up and down support and watching TV is so nice in this bed. Plus it has under the bed lights, make me feel safe to walk around the room when I turn off the bedroom light.

The truth is, I regret buying it a thousand times over. I didn't have the nerve to return it, considering the price. I expected a good finish. On the bottom, the hundreds of cables are visible; it has no protection. Be very careful if you have children or pets, as they are very likely to get electrocuted. I had to put a cloth over it to hide the cables. My advice: run, DON'T BUY IT. For the price, I expected a better finish..
