Bed was delivered within 5 days of ordering. The company kept us informed when it was going to ship, when it shipped, and when it would arrive. You have to be home to sign for the bed, but with the communication from the company, we were prepared. The bed was very easy to put together, but it easy heavy. I love the mattress and the bed functions. My wife feels it is a bit soft at this point, but that the quality is very good. I am so happy we choose this bed.

This bed is the best bed I have ever bought. My wife was suffering from much discomfort and pain. We had a mattress that costs almost 1,000.00 It was good for three years before she stated suffering from body pains causing her to spend money on doctors and pain meds. Finally I got her to admit that the mattress was causing her the pains. This bed turned out to take away her pains in two days. The massage features and legs and head massage works great. The jell foam mattress is the most comfortable bed ever. It's a mediums soft mattress. It is worth the money.

Awesome. Just perfectly awesome. Easy setup and assembly and a pleasure to lay on. Shipping was incredibly fast, especially considering I ordered two days before Christmas and they arrived the day after Christmas. Simply incredible and I don't know why I didn't buy these beds sooner. Best bang for the buck too. Medium to firm but very adjustable for a comfortable sleeping position. I'm very happy with the product.

Wrote this the second day, hope it holds up! As a retired USAF disabled veteran it is great. Everything works, and the 14" Hybrid mattress is super soft and really much better than I expected. I informed them immediately that if it was to be shipped separately then I needed to see two tracking numbers, as I would not sign if it wasn't. They always promptly responded, and it did end up coming at the same time. I recommend you keep a close eye on this because Fedex is questionable. I am thankful and God bless the sellers!
