This fold up treadmill is the perfect size for an apartment treadmill. I chose this one because it can fold up, saving space when it is not being used. It is heavy duty enough for a light jog when the weather outside is uncooperative, or when I just feel like watching a show while I exercise. It has a powerful 3.5HP motor and can run at a speed of up to 7.5mph. I typically jog about 5mph, so it is perfect for me. The 40”x16” belt is generous enough that I don’t get that claustrophobic feeling that walking pads sometimes give. The handle bars give me extra confidence and security when I’m using it. I prefer my treadmill to have rails for stability when hopping off and on for a drink. It has a manual incline which I use only occasionally so I don’t mind having to make that adjustment myself. The panel shows me real time stats about my time, speed, distance and calories burned. There are also 12 build in programs to choose from when I want to mix up my otherwise typical, steady run. The programs help me step outside my comfort zone and push a little harder. Finally, there is app integration with Kinomap & Zwift which offer further motivation and training options. Great quality machine and I love that it offers inclines! It comes with 12 pre-set programs which were a great way to just get started and also varying degrees of difficulty and variety but like that I can also set my own goals of calories, distance etc in manual mode. It has a large display which makes it easy to read my stats whilst running and also like that the bar has two large water bottle holders as well as built in Bluetooth speakers! The running space is nice and wide and is very comfortable to run on due to not feeling too ‘cramped’ but best of all despite how heavy duty and good quality the unit it is - it easily folds up so I can store under my bed when not in use! I love how I can move this around the room so much easier than my last unit (which was a Trimline) - this is much lighter. It runs rather quiet and feels solid enough for us to use on the carpet. Its folds up quite nicely but we just leave it down all the time anyway - we have plenty of room. Great deal for the price - my Trimline was much more expensive. ... show more

First impression opening the box-CHEAP. I have used it for 4 days now. I will update soon after I've used it continually like normal. I get it, it's a compact version of my normal treadmill but the frame seems flimsy. It creaks a lot, I've checked all the screws. UPDATE: 3/14/26 All treadmills are not created equal! On my old treadmill I would walk for 30 minutes, 2 miles, 4 mph and burn 350 calories. With this new treadmill, I walk 20 minutes, 2 miles, 4.1 mph and burn almost 130 calories What!!! And the squeaky noises, ugh, gets on my nerves. ... show more

The pictures make it look bigger/taller that what it actually is. I'm only 5'2 and it's pretty low and small for me.
