I posted a review a while back stating how sad I was towards the lifespan of my treadmill. The company was so nice to work with me and helped me replace it with a new new one even after my warranty ended a few days earlier. It was very easy to work with and finally received it. I'm so happy with treadmill. It's very light weigh , easy to move, good in use. Sometimes when you purchase a treadmill some models are weak and flimsy this was not an issue, it felt strong and well made. It fits in my apartment does not take much space, easy to use and self explanatory. I would highly recommend in purchasing this product , to me its affordable and a good product.

This treadmill is great for someone who likes to take nice easy jog and doesn't require a big beefy machine. This is a smaller frame and seems to built solidly, but I wouldn't use this to train for a marathon or expect to take it past 6 mph. For the price and what we were looking to get out of it, it certainly has not disappointed. The packaging was sturdy and it was very easy to assemble. Would recommend for anyone that has similar needs.

Do NOT purchase!!! This product is horrible, it is the most jankiest treadmill ever. It is very cheaply made and does not make me feel secure to workout. I experienced the following issues with this treadmill. As being the first person to order this treadmill and having not been able to find any prior reviews on here, online or YouTube please be very careful and think twice before purchasing. 1. The appropriate screws were NOT provided. 2. It was missing pieces. 3. The belt is canted to the left and already lifting from the side. 4. The caps that go on the ends do not snap on. 5. When I lift to store it the right handle bar does not allow because it is in the way. 6. The handle bars are flimsy and the base of them are not secure as it lifts. 7. When I lower the incline it makes a very loud noise. 8. As soon as you begin assembling it feels very cheaply made as if it were for a little kid. If I could give this ZERO stars I would, it does not deserve a penny from me.

My 11 year old got it into her head that she wanted a treadmill for Christmas. After doing a lot of research we decided on Serene Life Model SLFTRD30. On Amazon they had a $30 off coupon which made it even better. It came quickly in the mail and was very easy to set up. Christmas morning came and y daughters eyes lit up. We’ve had it almost 3 weeks and she has ran everyday as had the rest of our family of 5. It has several programs for beginners as well as those who who are trained runners. It also keeps up with your heart rate and calories burned. My favorite things about it are that the tread is wide. A lot of them were 12” and very narrow to run on. I also love that my 11 year old daughter can change the incline by herself as well as fold it up and move it. We also like the iPhone/iPad holder for music. We cannot run without music!! This treadmill seems very durable. A great treadmill at a great price! Our family ages are 42, 36, 13, 11 & 9.

Very good treadmill. Has all the features I wanted - variable speed, computer console with distance, calories, time, speed, and pulse rate read outs. There are many running programs on the computer. Has a magnetic safety clip-on which will stop the treadmill if one stumbles or falls. Also has a manual incline capability with four positions. It took a couple of hours to assemble and set it up, but the instructions were mostly clear and accurate. Instruction booklet had a few errors (like bolts that were supposed to be loosely in place on the machine but were in a plastic bag, and calling flat washers plastic nuts) but nothing fatal. Machine works well and allows me to exercise inside in relative comfort when the weather is lousy. Comes with a book holder so a good book can be read if watching TV is not an option.

It’s a little flimsy and I’ve screwed the unit tight. The size is perfect! And very easy to move. It just feels a little unstable on my hardwood floors and is lopsided on the right side. What do I do to fix that?

Just what I was looking for. Compact with a good size walking belt. Assembly was simple. Folds very easily and has a small footprint. The app that can control the treadmill works well and makes daily use customizable and easy. Quieter than my previous full size treadmill. Small issue with some squeaking noise after a few weeks but remedied by tightening the plank support bolts. Glad I made the purchase. After using this daily for 11+ months, the motor stopped working. I contacted customer service and had a replacement unit in 2 days. Even with the problem I had I'm still happy with the product and received great customer service.

Bought the Serene SLFTRD30 treadmill as an alternative to going to the gym during the pandemic. Product received was in good condition and easy to assemble. Frame is sturdy and has an adjustable incline for added workout. Use it about 3 hours a week for the past couple months and is quiet and holding up rather well. Would recommend this as an alternative to the gym during the pandemic or cold weather.
