My kiddo has Down syndrome and is a small 10yr old. She fits in this with lots of room to grow! She loves outer space so this nailed a few boxes for us. Santa brought it on Christmas and she was super happy. We plan to use it while we work on school....can't escape on her own....insert evil mom of eloper laugh here....she also has a lap sized piano that we will be doing lessons on in this as well! This was missing the 3 balls and the hand pump. It instantly would slowly lose air. Really bummed out because my autistic kid loved it but he couldn't use it which led to a terrible melt down. We arranged for an exchange and I have to send back the first order. Hoping the next one comes with all pieces and works as it should. **Update*** The new one came in, I opened the box and again the colorful balls pictured in the ad and listed as part of the contents are missing again. I inflated the item and it already is losing air on one side and this time I didn't allow anyone to use it for 24 hours after I inflated it. I put it in the spare room locked the door yesterday morning and I just checked it and it's already flat on one side. What a disappointment. My autistic child has a terrible meltdown when the first one lost air and wouldn't hold air after reinflating. This product is so helpful in calming these meltdowns, unfortunately this is now the cause of them and until I get one that holds air he will freak out at the sight of it ,... Idk what to do at this point? Should I risk a 3rd time??? **Update** we received another one with all the pieces and we are very pleased with it. This company has bent over backwards to make this right. And I can't express how much I appreciate that. We are moving and will be creating a sensory room in the new basement and I'm so excited! I highly recommend purchasing from this company, if you have any issues they will make it right. Excellent customer service is a rare thing these days and they are excellent! Definitely worth 5 stars.

I've been looking to have a sensory boat for our child for a while but they're all so overpriced. I found this one and was hesitated to order according to the cheaper price, so I was worried about the quality of the product. It turned out to be so good and stable. My child has been using it for a few months now and it's still working very well. It's very to clean and very comfortable. I like that it has the print of an astronaut becuase my child like anything related to this.

It’s good size and the kids love it. But it’s begun leaking esp at the seam. Had to dunk it bathtub to find the source and now to figure out how to fix it. Pity the quality is so poor.

This sensory chair was so easy to put together and the kiddo loved it. We have a non-verbal autistic friend who loves all things space and loves to come over to our place for this. We have this set up in the play room and he is just in his own zone playing with the sensory spiky balls that were included as well. They arent the greatest, but we make use of what we can with them. The chair is super comfortable and the air pump that was included was much appreciated.

My son has some pretty unique sensory needs, and he's hated every chair we've ever tried for him. I was getting desperate, looking outside the normal "alternate seating" ideas, when I stumbled across this. It's huge, and hogs a lot of space in the living room, but he absolutely loves it. He's on the smaller side for a 10 year old and snuggles down inside this comfortably. (There's also a picture of my 15mo old nephew hanging out in it when I was babysitting.) The included pump made blowing this up a breeze. It took less than 10 minutes. Make sure you blow up the bottom before you fully inflate the sides. (The plug for the bottom is on the inside, so take a minute to find it.) The flocking on the chair makes it a lot more comfortable than the inflatable furniture of my youth. With the handles, my son can move it around wherever he likes with ease. It's also incredibly durable! One evening my husband and son were playing around and both flopped on to this chair. A combined 300 lbs and this thing didn't even groan. My husband even said it was pretty comfy, though he struggled to get back out! (Which was hilarious to watch!!) I will say that the balls that came included were junk. One never inflated (arrived with a small hole) and another popped after just one day. We didn't care much though - it's not like we ordered this for the balls.
