I bought this unit in Jan 2025 and it has helped with pain relief in any sore spots and I’ve found it very effective during my cycle. Unfortunately, the unit stopped working in Dec 2025. I contacted customer service via email and they responded quickly and sent a replacement after a few questions. Product is as advertised and company stands behind the product and provided great customer service. Added bonus, the correspondence was with a human not a bot.

The media could not be loaded. I’m a former division one athlete and I remember using these type of devices in our training room. It’s a very effective technology for recovery. Lately I’ve had runners foot and I’ve been needing to release some tension from my foot and speed up the recovery. This device works great and is helping me with that. It’s a small device so good for traveling and it’s also lightweight. As a very simple design and it’s easy to use. I am pleased with the vibration levels. I like that there is not a consistent shock and that it releases every few seconds for proper relaxation.

A little more complicated to get to know than another that I had and lost, but once I got it down it was easy. Very lightweight! Great battery time. Wish they wouldn’t make the lead connectors so long. I’m tall and still have so much to stuff into my pocket or leave dangling on my back lol ve the purple color I got. All in all a pretty good unit.

The Belifu Dual Channel TENS EMS Unit is fantastic! I got it for my brother, who is recovering from a stroke, but it worked so well I’m getting one for myself. The pulsations are soothing and targeted, and it’s easy to use with 24 modes and dual channels. It comes with a charger cable and a handy storage bag to keep it protected. One thing I especially like is their wonderful customer service, they make sure that you are satisfied with their product. Highly recommend for recovery and muscle relaxation.

For the price, this is incredible. I'm pretty tolerant of pain, but this device has 24 different settings and you can change the power of each one from the lightest of tingle to so powerful you'll be wincing. I've had it zapping me for over an hour today and it's still claiming it's at full bars of charge. The pads are very sticky, and if you dab a damp finger on them it'll apparently make the pads last a lot longer. You can put in two sets of leads as well and it even comes with one with 4 attachments. I've only used a single double pad system so far, but it's great. As for if it will help you with whatever you're dealing with, who knows! But at this price if you're reading this, why not try? The main part is tiny, about the size of a credit card and under half an inch thick. No idea how this tiny thing can zap you like it does. My back pain definitely feels less severe when I use it and after as well. Not sure if that's because the constant zapping kind of gives you that numb feeling, or if it's actually helping. Regardless, it's less severe!

Good little unit, lots of options for different areas that need attention. I had an old unit that was not fancy at all, so this was a good option for my immediate needs. Came with a few options for sizes of pads, a couple sets of cords and charging cable (not box, but not a big deal). The unit itself is probably the size of a credit card, slightly bigger, so that was a surprise. It does take some time to get used to cycling through the different options for songs, but it has a great guide in the back of the manual that if you take a few minutes to understand, it's very handy. Don't be like me and slap the pads on and expect to understand it. Lol Reading is crucial. Although, not hard... I'm just impatient. All in all, a powerful little unit. Feels sturdy, although small, but I don't mind that. The design is functional, and exactly what I need.

This thing is amazing and very helpful. So far it works really well hopefully it lasts. We're all sick of buying things that barely last a few months and then we have to buy another one. Other than that the only thing that sucks about it is when you don't have anyone to help you to put the pads on the middle of your back. But it does great, it's very relaxing, it helps with back pain, just read the instructions and make sure you follow the safety instructions. I remember when they used to cost $200. The last one I bought 8 years ago cost me $100. So the price has really come down again, I'm just worried that with such a low price it's only going to last for a couple of months.
