I bought this unit in Jan 2025 and it has helped with pain relief in any sore spots and Iโve found it very effective during my cycle. Unfortunately, the unit stopped working in Dec 2025. I contacted customer service via email and they responded quickly and sent a replacement after a few questions. Product is as advertised and company stands behind the product and provided great customer service. Added bonus, the correspondence was with a human not a bot.

The media could not be loaded. Iโm a former division one athlete and I remember using these type of devices in our training room. Itโs a very effective technology for recovery. Lately Iโve had runners foot and Iโve been needing to release some tension from my foot and speed up the recovery. This device works great and is helping me with that. Itโs a small device so good for traveling and itโs also lightweight. As a very simple design and itโs easy to use. I am pleased with the vibration levels. I like that there is not a consistent shock and that it releases every few seconds for proper relaxation.

A little more complicated to get to know than another that I had and lost, but once I got it down it was easy. Very lightweight! Great battery time. Wish they wouldnโt make the lead connectors so long. Iโm tall and still have so much to stuff into my pocket or leave dangling on my back lol ve the purple color I got. All in all a pretty good unit.

Although I have had EMS machines in the past that work well when used consistently and properly, this is my first time using a similar concept for pain relief. I think to use such device, that is TENS, in general you have to have some knowledge of acupressure/puncture. While many people extol the effectiveness and virtues of such machines, I have not had the same effect of "melting" away the pain. While there seems to be some effect on the painful area (lower back in my case) it might be more a placebo effect. I am in the process of learning more about acupuncture/pressure to really see if this machine can be put to better use. However, I think it should work, in theory. My back was at least hurting less, or seemed to be so after a 20 minute session. i remain hopeful that I will become better with it's use over time and further knowledge. However this review is about the machine itself, I feel that there is great value in both the machine and the customer service. I had issues trying to activate the 2 year warranty. I wrote an email, and within a day, I had a reply. But here was the surprise, although there were many little notes all over the box and inserts all suggesting to activate the warranty after which they would send additional free pads, I didn't expect such a speedy service. I received 20 pads of same quality as the original in all the different sizes PLUS a 4 pad cable all within a WEEK!!! Now that's service! I always first judge a company by the after sales service and on first contact they came through without a hitch. I hope, and am pretty confident that they will be there if/when I need them in the future. The machine has 24 settings, 6 different types of stimulation, all succinctly explained in the manual and which settings are used for pain reduction or circulation along with suggested placements of the pads. The 6 types seems to "feel" different from "prickly" to "punchy" to "kneading" and the 4 modes within these 6 different types further breaks it down, the best I can tell, to duration of the "squeeze" or a "prick." Of course all 24 modes can be controlled in terms of intensity. There are 2 channels each independently controlled and you can use 4 pad cable on each giving you up to 8 pads of placement - 4 on each channel. My overall conclusion is, if you are suffering from pain, this technology is well worth a try and this machine backed by 2-3 year warranty as well as free additional pads/cable and a very responsive customer service is solid value.

This item was referred to me by a good brother in my lodge, and I'm glad I did! This works very well, the intensity is much better than the one in my physical therapists office. I love that you can use multiple pads (the unit has dual channels) on different parts of your body i do recommend this unit for minor aches and pain ๐๐ฟ

This thing is amazing and very helpful. So far it works really well hopefully it lasts. We're all sick of buying things that barely last a few months and then we have to buy another one. Other than that the only thing that sucks about it is when you don't have anyone to help you to put the pads on the middle of your back. But it does great, it's very relaxing, it helps with back pain, just read the instructions and make sure you follow the safety instructions. I remember when they used to cost $200. The last one I bought 8 years ago cost me $100. So the price has really come down again, I'm just worried that with such a low price it's only going to last for a couple of months.

Good little unit, lots of options for different areas that need attention. I had an old unit that was not fancy at all, so this was a good option for my immediate needs. Came with a few options for sizes of pads, a couple sets of cords and charging cable (not box, but not a big deal). The unit itself is probably the size of a credit card, slightly bigger, so that was a surprise. It does take some time to get used to cycling through the different options for songs, but it has a great guide in the back of the manual that if you take a few minutes to understand, it's very handy. Don't be like me and slap the pads on and expect to understand it. Lol Reading is crucial. Although, not hard... I'm just impatient. All in all, a powerful little unit. Feels sturdy, although small, but I don't mind that. The design is functional, and exactly what I need.
