The media could not be loaded. I’m a healthcare provider currently using this to cater to athletes for MSK injuries and provide improved ROM and pain relief. This is a great treatment option that is not invasive with proven results. It has Frequency range of 1-21 (most treatments can be done at 5-8 depending on which areas) and with Level up to 8 (most treatments can be done at 5-8, or less depending on pt tolerance). Frequency is amount of palpation per minute and Level is the strength (how “hard” the thumps) of treatment. It is plug and play. Press the “play” button on the screen first, then, press the button on the blue “gun.” Super easy. The machine itself is with a hum to allow air to circulate in the machine. The blue “gun” does have a ticking sound, and patients can always use a disposable ear plugs if the ticking sound bothers them (most do not mind). The machine itself comes with a very nice big black box with handles at opposite sides. The blue “gun” comes with a silver case with extra equipment for maintenance. The machine itself does have a solid holder for the gun as well. The video shows simple operations, max and min of frequency and level, and how to push start the blue “gun.” It also have the sound of the ticking of the “gun” and humming of the machine. The back is where the on and off master switch also, demo at the end of the video. For additional help with machine hardware and cleaning/maintenance, PerVita is your go to. They are super responsive and provide timely help with emailing them directly. Super helpful. I bought this shockwave machine because of 2 reasons. #1) I read a review here on Amazon just prior to my purchase by an Appliance Repairman and he said that this machine was well designed and made. #2) Another reviewer said that the customer service was fantastic, so I emailed Jennie at Pervita as a scouting mission to see if that was true, and she got back to me the very next day just as the previous reviewer had said. After that I bought this machine and I need to tell you that I have been a professional Automotive Technician, Aircraft Mechanic and Locomotive Engineer, so I have some background with electromechanical machines. This shockwave machine is powerful and effective while being well designed and manufactured! If you are hurting and in pain with any soft tissue in your body this is your ticket to make healing happen for a better life of health and vitality! I used to get Shock wave treatment at clinics and hospitals with paying lots of costs. This PerVita machine works from fingers to toes with shows improvement so fast. It’s saving costs, time to go to hospital also. Try it out and you would notice that it works great 👍🏻👏👍🏻

My mom is a chiropractor, and i gifted her one on her birthday. First, i was skeptical since the price was cheap compared to other Shockwave machine.However, once i tried it , it was perfect and you feel that the machine is entering inside your whole body,My knee hurts and once i applied the shockwave machine to it, i felt like the machine was entering inside the skin and made me feel relax Thanks. For Treatment of ED. Product works as advertised. Arrived in a glove fit card board box. Machine itself has it's own heavily padded transport case which is very nice. Manual explains everything clearly. Website videos are also very helpful. The reason I know this machine works as stated is, I have been getting treatments at a mens clinic and the results are the same. Had my 2nd treatment today and I already see results. Last page in the instruction manual is directly for Treatment of ED and settings are very close to where I use it with the #5 tip. Treatments settings will be different for everyone which relates to your individual pain level. The settig should be slightly uncomfortable but not overly painful. Make sure to use Ultrasonic gell! Customer Service is Great, they usually respond within 24 hours via email. Update after 4 months of use. IT WORKS as advertised. Customer Service is OUTSTANDING and I have had no problems with the machine, just advice and a couple of questions. Manual is spot on. ... show more

This is not something you just have on your bathroom counter. This is well built. A little bit bulky and it's hard to carry in it's case. Instructions seem limited but they have a good support line to help.

I rated this a 3 because the case arrived damaged as shown in one of the photos. The cardboard box it was packed in had a large hole in it that had been taped over, indicating that someone knew it was damaged, but chose to ship it without making sure the case inside was alright. The machine is working fine, thanks to the sturdy case. I will update this review accordingly, depending on the seller’s actions, as I do want the damaged case replaced, otherwise I will return it. ... show more
