Bought this PSP20 shock wave machine for urologist friend overseas in March 2025. It is. A solid machine and far more affordable than other quality machines on the market. It's a semi-professional unit that can be used at the home and at the office or the clinic. The PSP20 is easy to operate because everything is very clear and simple to operate and maintain as long as the operator reads the enclosed literature that is available in print and electronic. The company support is top notch. The sales department is phenomenal in that it responds to communication almost immediately and answers questions or concerns clearly and helpfully. Indeed, I was really flabbergasted to receive a response to an e-mail by a living person at eleven clock at night in answer to a question I relayed to the sales department. As for the functioning of the machine? It seems to be doing what it's supposed to do. Indeed, the doctor who ordered it is very pleased with what it's doing to his patients suffering with ED (erectile disfunction) and other issues. He informs me that some have stopped taking viagra and other such medication altogether. The treatment in non-invasive and seems to do wonders to the psychological wellbeing of many of his male patients who feel ashamed because they can't function on demand. The other fantastic benefit of the PSP20 is its ability to treat body pain. I am told it does wonders in reducing back-pain as well as pain in the other parts of the body by healing nerves and joints as well as promoting the development of new nerves and muscle joints. I bought the machine for my friend and can attest to the quality and the price. It is not cheap but what is does makes it worth it. The complaints I had were that it doesn't have dual electric voltage and one needs current converter to use it in areas with 220 volts and 50 Hrs. The other complaint was that the additional ED and Back-pain heads are just too expensive for personal use in that it pushes up the price of the machine to over 4500 dollars. It's a great machine for those who can afford it for home use.

I’m a healthcare provider currently using this to cater to athletes for MSK injuries and provide improved ROM and pain relief. This is a great treatment option that is not invasive with proven results. It has Frequency range of 1-21 (most treatments can be done at 5-8 depending on which areas) and with Level up to 8 (most treatments can be done at 5-8, or less depending on pt tolerance). Frequency is amount of palpation per minute and Level is the strength (how “hard” the thumps) of treatment. It is plug and play. Press the “play” button on the screen first, then, press the button on the blue “gun.” Super easy. The machine itself is with a hum to allow air to circulate in the machine. The blue “gun” does have a ticking sound, and patients can always use a disposable ear plugs if the ticking sound bothers them (most do not mind). The machine itself comes with a very nice big black box with handles at opposite sides. The blue “gun” comes with a silver case with extra equipment for maintenance. The machine itself does have a solid holder for the gun as well. The video shows simple operations, max and min of frequency and level, and how to push start the blue “gun.” It also have the sound of the ticking of the “gun” and humming of the machine. The back is where the on and off master switch also, demo at the end of the video. For additional help with machine hardware and cleaning/maintenance, PerVita is your go to. They are super responsive and provide timely help with emailing them directly. Super helpful. Overall, with the machine operation, proven pain relief from patient experience, and PerVita help in a timely manner, this is a great machine and safe purchase.

I've been really impressed with the Pervita shockwave machine in our chiropractic clinic. Grateful to the colleague who recommended it — it gets real results and is much more reasonably priced than a lot of the other systems out there. I'm already considering picking up a smaller unit for mobile treatments. I wasn't sure what to expect buying straight from Amazon, but Pervita's customer service has been great and really helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend.

A machine similar to this one was used by our chiropractor and really worked. My husband is a physician and researched machines available and chose this one. We have it for about 2 years now and it is remarkably effective. I would highly recommend this product. We used it for back pain. And for shoulder and leg pain mostly and found it to be very effective for all of the above. Seller is very responsive. Replaced a broken head free of charge. Also shipped it promptly. We have recommended this product to other physicians who have completed purchase and also to many friends

Great item. We especially find it great for hips and shoulders. We always start with a small head on the gun and lower bar/intensity with a high frequency. Gentle and very effective. Takes a little time to figure out settings and what size massage head, but very effective on many conditions. I now have 2 and thinking about another!
