  • The Black LevelWith ALPD 4.0 RGB+ technology, the Aurora Pro delivers a native contrast ratio of 3000:1. Our dynamic laser dimming technology pushes the black even further, enhancing black levels with minimal impact on color accuracy and other side effects. The dynamic black feature reduces the black level by more than 60% and provides over 30% energy savings, benefiting the environment without compromising your visual experience.
  • The SoundExperience an immersive cinematic journey with built-in 60W stereo speakers, including two 15W woofers and two 15W tweeters. The Aurora Pro also supports Active 3D movies and features Dolby Atmos support for state-of-the-art surround sound, with eARC.
  • Dolby VisionThe Aurora Pro is the only UST projector on the market that features Dolby Vision (DV), HDR10+, a native contrast ratio of >3000:1, and dynamic laser dimming. These features elevate the DV rendering to the next level with our improved tone-mapping algorithm.
  • Lowest LatencyEnjoy ultra-smooth motion with reduced ghosting, thanks to responsive 120Hz MEMC. The Aurora Pro is one of the very few projectors supporting 4K@120Hz input. It has the lowest tested input lag of 8ms among all UST projectors currently on the market. Now, you can enjoy playing your favorite PC and console games on a massive screen without sacrificing motion quality.

Description

Ultra-low 8ms input lag for a smoother gaming experience. Fluid motion with advanced MEMC technology, perfect for sports and action movies. Cast a huge screen in a room of any size. Wi-Fi 6 for instant access to all your favorite content. Advanced correction to ensure that your projection is perfectly level. Toggle on the backlight for easy control in the dark. Does the Aurora Pro support 3D playback? How can I hang the projector from the ceiling? The Aurora Pro supports 3D playback in frame packing, frame sequential, left/right, and top/bottom formats. Find the 4 x M4 screw holes, mounting holes are M4 x 14mm, spaced 13.1" diagonally, 11.7" horizontally, and 5.9" vertically on the back. Is it necessary to purchase an ALR screen for a better viewing experience? For optimal visual quality, use our ALR Fresnel projector screen, tailored for UST laser projectors. Its impressive 85% ambient light resistance provides clear images in well-lit spaces, surpassing projection on flat walls or unlit screens. Can I use TV sticks like the Roku or FireTV with the Aurora Pro? Does it support CEC functionality? Yes! Easily connect TV sticks to Aurora Pro using HDMI 2.1 ports for seamless content streaming and app access on a larger, high-quality screen. Plus, the HDMI port features Consumer Electronics Control (CEC) functionality for added convenience. Why Do I see wavy image when I project on the wall? This is caused by the uneven wall. UST projectors tend to magnify even minor irregularities because of throw distance. The projector throws an image at a very sharp projection angle, especially towards the edges and the top of the screen. Does the remote control support backlighting and air mouse functions? The remote includes a backlight to help you navigate in the dark. Turn on the Air Mouse mode to move the cursor with a wave of your hand. Easily reach all key functions for a smooth and simple experience. Beautiful image and a great UST projector Beautiful image and a great UST projector

I've been using my new Nexigo Aurora Pro for several weeks now, coupled with a Nothing Projector 120" ALR motorized retracting screen. If you don't want to read any more, know that this projector provides a beautiful image, especially on a screen designed to make the most of it. AMBIENT LIGHT The room I am in has quite a number of windows, and so there is ambient light in the room. However, none of it is direct on the screen area, and I have a number of trees that help diffuse significant bright sunlight. Before my screen was delivered, I projected directly on a wall for a couple of weeks. During the day under this circumstance, the image was always visible, but very dark scenes in movies or games could be difficult to view. At night or when overcast, the image was very good even in darker scenes. Once the ALR screen was installed, light stopped being a problem during the day under all conditions. Movies, shows, and games all look great at any time of day, The only light issue that can cause any issues is if I turn on bright lights directly at the opposite end of the room, in our kitchen. This is directly in line with the screen and provides the most direct light I can create. Even then, the image is still quite watchable, but it performs best with indirect light in the room (I often have a small lamp on to provide some ambient light at night, for instance). In the photos, I had two lamps on in my large open living room/kitchen/dining space. While a screen is difficult to capture a photo of, you can see that the image is crisp and clean even with some light in the room. OPERATION The projector is easy to use. Some settings are accessed through a dedicated setting menu on the home page, where you can also choose HDMI inputs. Additional settings are accessed through the remote at any time. The remote feels of very good quality, and is enjoyable to use. It has backlit keys, and feels like a much more premium remote than most electronics come with. Setup is not hard, but can be slightly fiddly to get the image squared, as much of the adjustment is done by physically adjusting the placement of the projector. This is inherent to all UST projectors. SOUND Sound is fine, but not spectacular, from the projector. My room is large enough that it was not powerful enough, and even in a smaller room I would consider using a better sound system. But it is nice that is can be used as an all-in-one unit for video and sound if desired. PICTURE The picture is good out of the box. AVS forums has some great guides on how to tweak the settings for the various modes that I found very useful to improve it, but it was very watchable before I tuned the image further. Focus and uniformity seems excellent on my unit. MY SETUP I have the projector mounted on top of a Screen Pro TS620 Motorized Slider Tray, which automatically extends to the right spot when I turn the projector on, and then automatically tucks the projector away when I turn it off. As mentioned, I am using a Nothing Projector 120" Black Series Motorized Floor Rising Screen. The screen is excellent, and I would say either an ALR screen like this or one of the fixed mounted Fresnel screens Nexigo offers as part of a kit are essential when using a UST projector. For sound, I have a Samsung HW-Q990D Q-Series 11.1.4 ch. Wireless Dolby Soundbar. The sound from this system is an excellent match to the picture of the Nexigo Aurora. I tried several other sound options first, and this was the best I tried by a large mile. CLOSING The Nexigo Aurora Pro is a great projector that provides a beautiful large image. Movies, games, and shows are impressive. This projector will turn your home into a theater. If that is the experience you are after, then I would highly recommend it! ... show more

Very solid performance and surprisingly bright even in conditions with some ambient light.
Style: Aurora Pro
I have owned the Aurora Pro for a little over 7 months now. Overall, I have been very impressed. Below are a few of my thoughts. Also, for reference, I paired the Aurora Pro with Nexigo's 100" Fresnel screen and the setup is in my basement which has large windows. It is not an extremely bright space, but in no means a dark space either. - Background: I was coming from only using long throw projectors in the past. I really wanted the ability to have a UST where ppl didn't have to worry about walking in front of the projector. I also was sensitive to the projector not sitting too far away from the wall. This projector checked the box on both of those. -Performance: out of the box was really impressive. I don't quite have the expertise as many of the reviewers and other users out there around calibration, but I found colors to be quite good out of the box. The only change I often make on each startup is the focus adjustment. It's a quick adjustment, but it would be good if it could save that adjustment. - Support: I have found the various AVS forums to be very helpful in addressing any questions I have with the unit. Nexigo is often on those forums as well seeking feedback and looking to make their product better which I thought was a very good sign. Early products are hard and I could tell from their engagement that they truly wanted to deliver the highest quality performance possible for all customers. -Sound: The speaker actually is not bad at all. It's workable, but I would think most ppl looking to spend this much on a projector have a separate sound system and that's going to yield the best results. -Overall: I would recommend this projector. It has performed very well and especially with higher quality content it really shines. I am easily able to watch sports and such during the day with some of the basement lights on and I don't find the image too washed out. The picture is really quite amazing with lights out. One of the hardest things with the setup was actually finding a table that worked well with a UST. I ultimately want with crednza from Sauder. ... show more

My video speaks for itself! Unbelievable picture. The clarity is stunning. The depth is jaw dropping. It is 3D without glasses. So much dimension. If you are hesitating on buying - don’t! Easy setup and connectivity is simple. You can move the projector easily if you want to move between wall and screen. The remote is sensitive and must be pointed just right. Great price for what you receive. ... show more

White dot after one year. Contacted Nexigo. Put the hassle on shipping the device and Charge $350 the replace the DMD. DMD device is under manufacturor warranty for 5yrs between TI and Nexigo. It's cheaper to replace the chip yourself. Great product. Terrible long term support.Don't purchase.

Not a Smart TV
Style: Aurora Pro
Really breath-taking level of detail! I have it projecting on a 100" screen that is designed for it (came with it). So clear! Love those HD films on it. Worth the money, but... BUT: All it is, is visuals: you'll need a stick to stream, an HDBPlayer to work any physical media. It does 3D--but have 10ft or more to appreciate that aspect. Some software adjustment was required. Bottom line: WORTH the money 💰 ... show more

This is my first projector and I was impressed with the quality. I paired it with Elite Screens Aeon CLR3 123" UST ALR Projector Screen. The projector was fairly easy to set up. During the day, due to light spilling from windows with neutral shades, the quality appears washed out. However, once the darkness falls, it is magical. The most surprising aspect of the projector was the sound. I have not yet needed to add my home theater system. The user interface is too slow. I use Apple TV, which enhances the experience. My biggest issue with this projector is that it is a pain to configure the image. I am unable to find a cabinet of the right size to place the projector, and it stands out quite noticeably. I called a few AV installers, and they don't have experience with this projector. It's been a year. Before buying, be 100% clear on where you will place it and which cabinet will work; otherwise, it will not pass the wife test. For the pain I am going through, it's not worth the money. Customer service was the least helpful, although they were responsive. ... show more

Bright sharp image and great sound built in
Style: Aurora Pro
Pros: Super easy to set up, and great user interface for keying in the image. Great refresh rate and color, with deep contrast. Audio is amazing considering it's built in. Build quality is really nice and well thought out. Considerations: In my configuration I mounted to the ceiling which is ideal for keeping dust off of the lense, however the threaded mount holes are aluminum so be careful not to over tighten, I would have liked to see steal to make sure it's fail proof. The remote is actually really nice but does use up it's batteries fairly quickly (4-6 months) from backlighting I suspect. But once they are low the range for the remote drops dramatically. Which is handy to tell they are low but also annoying when buttons don't seem to work. Overall I would buy this product again without hesitation. It has been flawless in delivering an amazing home theater experience. ... show more
